Here it is the day before I must remove the boat from the lake and they have charged my card and still not sent the information. I had to impose on a friend, so I have a place to keep the boat in case these people don't come through. I will never do business with these people again after this season

She informs me there was not a reservation for me & there were none at Carlisle location. Finally, book the closest rental in York, PA..45 minutes away. Immediately leave, make 45 min drive, wait in line for 20 minutes to be told..WE DON'T HAVE A CAR TRAILER!!! U -Haul needs to compensate me for 2hrs of wasted time & fuel considering their incompetence!!

Not what you expect from a storage unit business. The employees are so easy to work with and very friendly.
