It is rough out there in this world, trying to do this and do that from one day to the next. I would like to thank Russ. Moreover, there is almost never anybody at the desk when you go there. I scheduled my move out twice, and never got any confirmation via email. Most of the time when we went over to our unit, the door closest to our unit was broken so we had to use a different door that was significantly further away from our unit. The space itself was fine, and when you could reach a person at the front desk, she was fine. But overall, we did not have a good experience with the storage facility. I would also note that they raised the rent significantly after the first three months.

I searched my records going back 2 years and was paying $149.46 per month in October of 2020. Here we are in November of 2022, and I am now paying $242.74 per month for the exact same space. In 2 years time, that is over a 62% increase!!! There have been no upgrades-the place is not climate controlled...their costs are pretty much fixed. There is no justifiable reason for this outrageous increase. I have spoken with Barbara, the manager, on multiple occasions, and while she is pleasant and a good front person, the rates just keep increasing leaving my concern unaddressed. I would not recommend using this facility for long term storage as they raise the rate about every 8 months.
