The units are clean and very easy to drive up to and load/unload; the gates are very easy to get in and out of the facility; the office has plenty of boxes and moving supplies readily available and the staff is very courteous and helpful. No negatives with these guys. They also have special locks for the units that make your unit very secure. No way to cut them off. Must have the keys to unlock the lock. I highly recommend these units for safe storage.

COULD NOT ASK FOR BETTER !…read more We just closed on our new home (11/22/17) and needed to rent a U-Haul Truck for two different days, I secured the rentals on the U-Haul Website (Which is a horrible site) and called Hilltop Self Storage to verify those rentals. The young lady I spoke to did not see those rentals on their computer reservation system and took my name, number and I also emailed her my confirmations from U-Haul, she was going to research and get back to me. I did get a call back and she was simply a lifesaver, she explained what must have happened on U-Hauls reservation system and she went above and beyond on helping me, which was so greatly appreciated. Both occasions U-Haul messed up my reservation and both times she was able to correct it for me (Thank You). I would recommend calling Hilltop Self Storage Directly and avoid the U-Haul Website ! Please note that this had nothing to do with Hilltop Self Storage but a problem directly with U-Haul. The location of the facility is perfect, right on 94 and provides easy access to all points from there. I arrived on-time both times, walked right in and was cheerfully greeted and made to fill welcomed and appreciated. I did get the chance to meet the young lady who helped me on the phone and thanked her. She took her time to explain everything I needed to know about my truck rental and made sure I was being charged the right pricing, which was appreciated. I returned the trucks back here and it was easy to park in the area assigned for the trucks. I spoke to her about the possibility that we will eventually rent a small space there since we our new home is very close by. She showed me the units size and I am very, very impressed on how clean and new these storage units look. The price was in my opinion very nice ! The facility is very secure and we will indeed be back to rent a space when we get unpacked. I highly recommend giving them a call for a U-Haul or Storage Space, you will be impressed !

He was more than knowledgeable about the process and even checked the truck to see if my lost cell phone was there. I found it so don't worry. Anyway, service was great and the location to me was perfect. Will use them again if I ever need to move anything.

Moved out on May 23rd and submitted the move out online from my account. Moved everything out except the pallets which they provide because the units on my side flood when it rains, and some trash that was wet from a flooding. Flooding is not my issue, the driveway is crowned in the middle so naturally it flows to the units??? Anyway, I found out today they have charged my card twice, once on June 13th @ 9:41 am for $87.98 Once on July 11th at 9:28 am for $66.98 Called corporate and they claim as long as "stuff" is in the unit ( even though the lock was gone and the door was open so it could dry and I had "moved out from my online account page" on May 23rd ) I'm still a renter?? In comparison to the other facilities that I have dealt with in the area, Robert Ganoe is the nicest manager I have interacted with. He has excellent people skills, and he has found me additional storage for me close to my original units, when I needed the space in extremely short notice. I would give Robert and the facility a 5 Star Rating!
