It took my wife and father 4 hours to assemble with many tools i.e dremmel and circularn saw. The pieces were not premeasured and was NOT easy as they told us. Also, more hardware was needed and wasn't included which cost us an additional $30.00. Also, there are no handles! Then when I called back im I got a very sarcastic response which wasn't appreciated, but I got over because I am away on business and had more important things to deal with. BLUF: I really could've gone somewhere else and paid less if I knew we had to assemble it ourselves. It's the whole reason we came there. We are not carpenters and were just looking for something easy. To say we are a bit disappointed is an understatement.

We had the work done in October 2017, but I waited to write the review because I wanted to be able to assure other readers that the basement has continued to stay dry. It has! Every time I go to the basement and actually SEE the floor - it makes me smile. For YEARS the basement ALWAYS had standing water in it and I never saw an actual floor since it was always covered in water or filth/debris from water that had evaporated. David was always responsive to my questions/phone calls and his workers were very good about cleaning up after the days work was done. In addition to the waterproofing we also had the vapor barrier installed and we couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks, David!
