Fantastic! Chad was very thorough and professional, I wasn't expecting the carper cleaner to be dressed nicer than I was! I received a text that he was on his way and when he had finished so I was prepared time-wise. We walked through the house and reviewed each room. He measured and noted any spots or stains that would need extra attention. We then talked through the various options and prices. I appreciated that he was very honest about what each carpet would need. It wasn't just a universal treatment process. He then got started working. I was pleased with the amount of time it took to clean and treat everything, he had originally estimated 4-6 hours to clean and treat all 3 floors of the house and he it took him 5 hours. He worked hard to treat some stains from the previous owner, I'm very please with how the carpets turned out. He also did a great job explaining everything to me and really educating a new home owner. He knows carpets! I will definitely use Personal Touch again. I'm thinking about having them clean our furniture next. read more

Several years ago I purchased a home that has light carpet in most rooms, including the dining room. When the previous owners moved out, we saw a huge pet stain that was previously covered. I was devastated, I thought I would have to buy new carpet. I called Chad and he successfully removed the pet stain and he has kept my dining room carpet ( that gets a lot of use) looking new. Chad also cleans the carpet of our rental units, as well as remove pet odors. He does a superior job. He is very careful and professional. I would never call anyone else. Chad is easy to contact, as well, for emergency carpet cleanings. read more

I called Personal Touch after another company had cleaned the carpets of my rental property. Cat urine and other stains remained. The odor was pervasive. I had been advised that what was left was permanent. Thankfully, Chad was quick to fit me into the schedule. He worked magic in removing stains and neutralizing odors. I also appreciate the text & email communications. The appointment was confirmed in both. I then received text updates to let me know when he was en route and when the work was complete. I'm incredibly impressed and would highly recommend. read more

Chad was most professional, polite, and punctual. He cleaned our carpets and furniture most carefully and competently. When he was finished, all of the stains, dirt and debris were completely gone. The carpets looked almost like new. Only a small trace or normal wear pattern was left, and even that was almost not perceptible. It was like getting new carpets and sofas for a fraction of the cost. And it was worth every penny and more. Thanks, Personal Touch, for a job very well done. Jim Tegeler - York, PA read more

I highly recommend Personal Touch Carpet Cleaning. Chad was accommodating with my limited schedule as well provided me a quote prior to starting the job. He tackled the entire house which had seen multiple renters with children and pets. The house looked amazing when he completed the job and smelled like new. He finished on time. A huge Thank You to Chad! Michelle R read more

Very professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and not pushy/aggressive. Chad, the owner, was on time for both appointments (estimate and job). He was honest about the potential for all stains not coming out, but in the end almost every single one did and the one that didn't is still 90% gone. I would recommend Chad's services for both carpet and grout cleaning. read more
