From local to cross-country, not one came close to the professionalism, punctuality, care, courtesy, and extended service of Wherley's. If we ever have to move again (God forbid!), Andy @ Wherley's will be our first and only call.

I spoke to a young employee and she stated that they would call me when they are available and they do not schedule things for pickup and have just have to be available. I ask the employee who was the manager and was referred to a person named Jaycee. She answered the phone and was very rude said their policies are what they are and did not really care about getting the Lowes warranty business. They are a small shop and very busy so I would just have to go along with the way they do their business or go somewhere else. I called the company that set me up with this shop to do exactly what they said and will instruct the company to send me to someone else that will appreciate the work and opportunity to earn a customer's business. I would be very cautious recommending this business to anyone as it appears that they do not know what a customer service business is all about. It appears they probably will always be a small business and probably get smaller by the way they treat their potential customers. Mark B.
