They said they would get back to me when it was closer to time for the move. They didn't get back to me. Six days before the move I call and they saaid they will email a contract and as soon as I fill it out, they will send me an access code and a site map of my spot. Here it is the day before I must remove the boat from the lake and they have charged my card and still not sent the information. I had to impose on a friend, so I have a place to keep the boat in case these people don't come through. I will never do business with these people again after this season

While it is a place to store your stuff, only store stuff you don't mind damaged or…read morestolen...especially if you are storing a boat or RV...BEWARE!!! I have had items stolen from my boat to include a hard mounted radio and fish finder. But the one that takes the cake, is that in the "secure" facility, someone could sit in the open and remove a 400+ pound outboard motor from my boat, cut all the cable connections and walk out. This is absurd!!! Right in the open!! Someone that had to have access to the "secure" facility to steal a motor with no one watching or questioning it. This has to be a person that has access to the area and checks out the items before stealing them since you don't break in and pass a 400 pound motor over the fence. If the thieves already have access to the "secure" facility, why put up a gate. Beware if you store anything there...the people that will steal from you are already on the inside. It is not secure. They rely on neighbor's video surveillance to hopefully show illegal activity because their own system doesn't work. BEWARE!!!!
