My daughter was coming home from college and she had more stuff than she went with so we had to…read morerent a uhaul. We ended up getting home later than expected. Shawna was very helpful with picking up the van that we rented and made picking it up and delivering it back so easy. She remembered who I was and she had great customer service. And Little did we know that my daughter had so much stuff that it was too much for it to fit in the house. Again Shawna helped us to store her stuff in a storage unit. Overall I say that Shawna went above and beyond as a costumer service provider!!!!

Made an appointment on June 28 to have a trailer hitch and wiring harness installed for July 6…read more Less than 24 hours before my appointment, I received a call from U-Haul informing me that the hitch wasn't in so they would need to push my appointment for another week. They would call the following week IF the hitch came in. No explanation as to when the hitch would be available or why we would wait until next week, opposed to tomorrow or Thursday or... To that end, I returned to U-Haul's online scheduling site and attempted to locate another of the numerous U-Hauls in the area to schedule the service. U-Haul's website now said the hitch would not be available until August 1. I'm not sure if online U-Haul doesn't communicate with Carlisle U-Haul or if Carlisle U-Haul doesn't communicate with well with the customer, but the hitch not being available until August 1 seems a far cry from "we'll call next week if the hitch comes in." I did get an immediate refund, though, so there's that.
