The manage John sat with my AGM and I for about a half hr and answered all of our questions. He was super friendly and personable. Facility is clean, well presented, and can tell him and his employees care about their facility. They have outdoor and indoor units, and can store RVs or vehicles. The website has a lot of issues inluding the menu does not function and statements about "climate controlled" are misleading. The facility is only temperature controlled to 75f in summer which is far too warm, in my experience of other companies across the US. The hallways are far too narrow and access is too far away from the units making unloading difficult. The automatic door is one nice feature. There should be more access to the building instead of one door in and out. The rents are very high for this or any area. These are some the highest in the country-higher than California, even. With little to show for the cost. The inside of the building seems to be clean but the outside is not. Trash blowing around everwhere. I am sure this review will not be seen by the company as there is no way to keave a review at the website but hopefully it provide critical info for a consumer to look elsewhere. In comparison to the other facilities that I have dealt with in the area, Robert Ganoe is the nicest manager I have interacted with. He has excellent people skills, and he has found me additional storage for me close to my original units, when I needed the space in extremely short notice. I would give Robert and the facility a 5 Star Rating!

I loved working storage but they change DM often. 2 years had 4 DM. None of them were consistent, they all had their own way of doing things. They didnt care if you had to work over 40 hrs you better not get OT. If you need help, forget it, they will NOT help you, they will watch you struggle no matter how much you ask, unless that DM really liked you, or if you go on a date with DM. ​The owner is awesome but with growth it seems she may have lost touch. The open door policy here is NOT an open door, be very careful retaliation is a real thing here.
