Very good guys I was happy to tip them and treated them to some late lunch/food as well. Now the office staff in CT..... They are probably the most arrogant people I've ever talked too. I'm in the private equity business so I deal with multi-millionaires and enterprise entrepreneurs in my line of work and they are more down to earth and friendly then these guys. ALL of them.... Mike, Amanda, Sam have an attitude problem. The only good one was one guy called Peter and the first guy that sold me on this company Steven. I got lucky that I ended up with a good moving staff crew that was hard working and efficient. Be ready for a 4 hour window which you are told about 48hours before your move which isn't good for people that live in luxury buildings because the elevator needs to be reserved. I get that's not their problem but I wasn't told their was a 4 hour window till last minute. Would I use these guys again? I'm not sure I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that the office staff are good people and are just stressed out because of COVID-19, but I'm not the only person thats complained about their attitude so maybe that's just how they are. It is what it is, at the end of the day my things got moved.

Overall, the communication to start with was great. They were flexible and went over each item we wanted moved. Being that we could not move ourselves I was very detailed. I felt confident. Day of move came the movers kept moving boxes, light stuff and toys. Both my husband and I repeatedly pointed out the stuff we NEEDED moved. I can handle stuffies. They kept saying yeah yeah. Ultimatly all the heavy items did no get moved. What they did move for furninture was damaged and getting a refund was impossible. All of a sudden the communcation turned bad. We received non of the great care we had in the start. They will convince you to sign up for expensive insuranc eand they either forge or slip in the "inluded" barley covering insurance at the end. Either go with another company OR get a U-Haul and move it yourself because that's what you will have to do anyways.

So first-off, convenience is a HUGE plus for us, but overall, it's the personal aspects of dealing with this family owned and operated business that really cinches the deal. For the most part, they have everything we need in terms of our packing supplies, but if they don't, --even if they can't get it-- they're more than happy to direct me to a manufacturer who deals in whatever corrugated product (and more) that I'm looking for. For me as a small business owner, there is true value in finding another business who can deal with me as a small operator with as much attention as (I assume) they do with their larger customers. I have nothing but nice things to say about the 4 young gentleman that moved my families belongings in 8 hours. Tien, Allen, Jonathan and Anthony all took great care of our things and upon arrival at the new home they went above and beyond as to putting each labeled box where it belongs. They asked about furniture they were unsure of which room to leave it in, making my move in a lot easier to take in. We paid an hourly rate and it was kind of expensive but if you told me this was going to be my experience again, I'd pay double.

I told every company that we have a small move as we had been moving things little by little by ourselves, only Lynn provided me with the lowest minimum hours and competitive pricing. When I said I would get back to her, I appreciated her persistence in following up. They estimated 2.5 hours of work and Carlos and his team did a great job efficiently moving things, only took 30 more minutes than they estimated. They also didn't have any hidden charge for wrapping material for couch etc. My husband at the receiving address said they were very careful with our newly renovated home, the floor, the wall etc as they moved and assembled furniture. After the move, the owner Diego himself reached out to check in and asked for feedback. As somebody running a business myself and working with business owners, I really appreciate how they run their business, the efficiency, the flexibility and the care.
