U-pack provides a tracking number for your shipping pod. Company drops off and picks up the pod at the time scheduled. My things arrived about 2 weeks after shipping. Thankfully, nothing was damaged- dishes and delicate items all in good condition. Pod arrived in Florida in the morning, I unloaded my things, phone call to U-pack for pick-up was super easy, and U- Pack promptly picked up the pod in the same afternoon.

Not finding that to be the case at all as they are refusing to return calls or emails. Not reputable in my opinion.
