I moved from Michigan to Seattle area. The initial estimate was actually very close to the U-packs and similar service + worker fee. It was a no brainer in choosing them. The estimated loading amount was very precise too. They come to your house for an estimate long before the move date. On the day of the move, the workers were very professional. They were not day to day minimum wage workers (who are sometimes illegal, chinese/mexican). They knew what they were doing professionally. Not a hitch in the loading process(we already packed everything except the beds so maybe that helped a bit). We gave handsome tips :) Now this is an important aspect of the move. We had 3 wooden containers after loading was done (they compartmentalized our shipment into wooden containers). 1 of the wooden containers didn't arrive at our location. It came around 2 weeks late. Fortunately, on the contract, there is an article that specifies late shipment and compensation. We are going to get compensated for the late shipment. The company was very professional in handling this matter. Very easy to get a hold of. I would recommend this company to anyone who is moving. read more
