Always and forever I will use this service to get rid of any junk I have. The loaders are always incredibly kind, patient, quick and efficient and the service is affordable. I finally called to see what was going on and they said the truck had broken down and asked to reschedule. After some back and forth the owner said he'd either find another truck or do my move when they were done with the other move for the day. I told him I'd start moving some stuff down to the new house in the meantime. We got off the phone and he disappeared. Never showed up and never returned my calls. I don't know where all these positive reviews are from, but beware. He seems to have a lot of Facebook friends and no ethics.

Tim, Trenton and Tyler treated our possessions like their own, asked lots of questions and didn't hesitate to adjust along the way. There was alot of time/attention put into packing the trucks to assure our items arrived safely. There was no damage to anything! When the moving truck filled up quickly, Tim suggested he grab another truck from nearby so the move could be completed in one day. We appreciated that foresight and not adding an extra day to the moving process. It was one long day and these guys never stopped moving and went above and beyond assisting with disassembly and reassembly, furniture placement, organizing and cleanup. U-pack provides a tracking number for your shipping pod. Company drops off and picks up the pod at the time scheduled. My things arrived about 2 weeks after shipping. Thankfully, nothing was damaged- dishes and delicate items all in good condition. Pod arrived in Florida in the morning, I unloaded my things, phone call to U-pack for pick-up was super easy, and U- Pack promptly picked up the pod in the same afternoon.

The movers did show up on time, however, were not apparently aware of the size or weight of these safes. They should have made an educated and professional decision that they could not move them. Only one safe did get moved and cost me over $600.00. I spoke to office manager indicating I would like cost adjusted down to $500.00 and basically was told "that's the way it goes". This has been going on for almost 4 months now with no resolution. Their website FAQ states very clearly that they are insured and any damage to belongings will be replaced or repaired. Not finding that to be the case at all as they are refusing to return calls or emails. Not reputable in my opinion.
