I finally called to see what was going on and they said the truck had broken down and asked to reschedule. After some back and forth the owner said he'd either find another truck or do my move when they were done with the other move for the day. I told him I'd start moving some stuff down to the new house in the meantime. We got off the phone and he disappeared. Never showed up and never returned my calls. I don't know where all these positive reviews are from, but beware. He seems to have a lot of Facebook friends and no ethics.

Every step of the process there was clear, professional and prompt service. We couldn't be happier with the services provided. Tim, Trenton and Tyler treated our possessions like their own, asked lots of questions and didn't hesitate to adjust along the way. There was alot of time/attention put into packing the trucks to assure our items arrived safely. There was no damage to anything! When the moving truck filled up quickly, Tim suggested he grab another truck from nearby so the move could be completed in one day. We appreciated that foresight and not adding an extra day to the moving process. It was one long day and these guys never stopped moving and went above and beyond assisting with disassembly and reassembly, furniture placement, organizing and cleanup. I highly recommend them and assure you will not be disappointed. We will be using them again in a few months to move us to our new home once the construction is completed.

U-pack provides a tracking number for your shipping pod. Company drops off and picks up the pod at the time scheduled. My things arrived about 2 weeks after shipping. Thankfully, nothing was damaged- dishes and delicate items all in good condition. Pod arrived in Florida in the morning, I unloaded my things, phone call to U-pack for pick-up was super easy, and U- Pack promptly picked up the pod in the same afternoon.

My son and daughter in law did not have the same experience unfortunately. The crew they had showed no care at all with their belongings! They dropped his $6000 tv while moving it not once but twice and when they got to the new home it would not turn on. They also dropped his dresser, dragged his mattress across the grass giving it grass stains and lost brackets for a Cabinet. They ordered brackets for the cabinet. They sent out someone to assess the repair needed for the Dresser as the drawers don't open and close like they should now. Still waiting on that repair to be done. TV repair man came out and said the TV is ruined and would cost more to fix than replace. Two guys and a Truck responded by telling my son they would give him $3500 which is $2000 less than it would cost to replace it. I originally felt the company showed some integrity in their response to the damage done by their negligent crew but i am retracting that due to their most recent response to the situation. They had said that they were going to do the right thing and make things right, but this is far from the right thing and is definitely not right! Read the reviews on this company and you will see my sons experience is not an isolated incident. Consumer Affairs has 367 one-star reviews. Other review sites are not much different. This company could improve their customer relations just by doing the right thing!
