The contract signed during the mitigation process gives them the ability to conduct your reconstruction on their timeline. And THEN, what I will always call absolute fate, I found Flood & Fire Solutions doing an internet search, spoke with a very sweet & understanding receptionist at the MaComb office who put me on the phone with Craig who took all my information, and gave it to Steve Waga out at the Saginaw location and said Steve would be getting a hold of me to follow up and they would help me get everything taken care of. WHICH Steve did (and if my memory serves me correct, within the hour) and all i have to say is from DAY ONE, Steve has kept his word, been nothing but kind patient, professional, and understanding and always follows up on all my (prob) silly ocd questions and concerns, handled all the chaos I had been going through with my LESS than amicable & honest Insurance adjuster and has all the certifications necessary that made it impossible for her to deny & dispute things that needed to be done. I CANNOT say ENOUGH good things about this company, in addition to Steve, everyone that has been out to my place to review the work that needs to be done (Tom, Larry) have also been kind, professional and understanding as well. I am so grateful I found them. I would put them up against any other company just from the experience i have had to date.
