We thought John was considerate and thinks more of others than himself. Who else would one trust family property to? We called and John came right out to look and provide a quote. Again, great service and price. When moving day came, John brought an additional person to ensure the job was done within the timeframe promised. That extra person didn't add to our cost but was a huge help. The team was very respectful and considerate. Each time they walked in with a piece of furniture we heard "where would you like this ma'am/sir?" They had to move a couple pieces of furniture a few times since my mom didn't know where she wanted everything. Their answer was "wherever you want it ma'am'. Class acts!!! I will add that Andre got into the decorating mode by showing his artistic flare by placing furniture in a way we didn't see at first but LOVED the outcome. Well done!! 5 stars is not enough to rate these guys. They were incredible and handled the job very well. My parents have a lot of heavy furniture including a very large safe. Nothing was damaged. I was also told that for moving this distance (approximately 70 miles) it was standard for companies to charge for the weight of the truck once it's loaded, milage, an hourly base rate, and additional fees like having to travel up stairs. I was flabbergasted. I called this company just to see what they had to say, expecting the same answer I had gotten from multiple other sources, and was shocked when they told me they would charge $80 flat rate, no other fees (they told me they even do out of state moves at that rate too!). The last time I moved, I paid $300 for a U-Haul and had to move everything myself. At the end of the day, I paid these guys $480 for six hours of labor and they took care of everything. Not only was their rate the most competitive, their movers were THE NICEST guys. They got right to work and didn't try to waste time, but were super personable and chatted with me and my Dad the whole time. They knew what they were doing, took ridiculously good care of my furniture (even the cheap-o particle board stuff they wrapped up and took precautions with), and even thanked me and my Dad when we carried boxes to the truck. I honestly can't say enough nice things about this company and I wish them all the luck in the world. Every single penny of that $480 was worth it and I will recommend them to anyone who will listen!

I called on Monday and was told to expect them to show up on Saturday. They even gave me a quote for how much things would cost and a window for when they'd arrive. Saturday came and I didn't hear from anyone so I called back. My appointment was never formally booked. And every appointment slot between when I called and when I had to leave Monday morning was already taken. I was left with a day and a half to move 7 people's belongings including mattresses, multiple large appliances, and dozens of boxes by hand. Thanks College Hunks. U-pack provides a tracking number for your shipping pod. Company drops off and picks up the pod at the time scheduled. My things arrived about 2 weeks after shipping. Thankfully, nothing was damaged- dishes and delicate items all in good condition. Pod arrived in Florida in the morning, I unloaded my things, phone call to U-pack for pick-up was super easy, and U- Pack promptly picked up the pod in the same afternoon.
