Once they arrived, they got to work immediately and got everything inside our apartment in less than an hour. They put everything where we wanted it and didn't break anything. I rented a truck from this location and when I returned the truck I accidentally left my glasses…read more ($400 RayBan glasses with transition prescription lenses) in a RayBan glasses case. As soon as I called the office to see if they had found my missing glasses, they let me know that they found the case but mysteriously there were no glasses to be found. I honestly believe an employee at this location stole my glasses. Of course there is nothing they can do to investigate or help out the situation. I'm just letting it be known that I believe this location has some untrustworthy staff members because I am certain my glasses were stolen.
