To whom it may concern and definitely to the public I been dealing with establishment for a few years now , I also have recommended this establishment to many people , I also have a lot of friends including family members renting there I have been very Happy with the establishment and the employees up until now I have never been so insulted,I was approached by an individual named Muhammed and he just started asking questions are you moving ,out are you transferring , first of all my brothers myself and a few others have severel units in this establishment in the main building , just as much as the B ,building we also purchase plenty of rooms there at the online auctions further more its very unprofessional for storage post to have him going around asking the customers questions when I never even talked the the guy in my life I spoke to the gentleman who I rented my units from and let him know that I was simply closing out one account and if was not a problem the remaining items I would put in one of my other units I was told it was not a problem for this individual that they address as Muhammed to go around asking questions especially when the customer never had any doings with him what so ever is very unprofessional and its an invasion of customer facility privacy policies , lately a lot of people have been complaining about this individual , I always say let it go let it go but enough is enough I even had a girl complaining about how uncomfortable she feels when he's around because for some reason he seems to conveniently have his camera in hand taking pictures of the facility when she's around she doesn't think he's taking pictures of her but it bothers her this guy is not a people friendly guy he never speaks to anyone and frankly over the years I mind my business but lately is like they let this guy out to wreak havoc im seriouslly considering moving my units into a another storage company that's not storage post I'm trying not to it saddens me because I have been doing business with this facility and the one in ozone park for some time now To storage post your a great company and I have never complained but you need to put a shorter lease on your pit bull before you start losing a whole lot of customers I am not perfect ,none of us are , and when your making an honest living and trying to survive out here the last thing you need is someone throwing you under the bus I am not stupid nor was I born yesterday I know what this Muhammed was implying and I don't appreciate it could someone at Storage post headquarters please look into mister Muhammed this guy is not a people friendly guy , someone else should be representing this wonderful company. read more

My husband and I have only been renting at this location for about three months. All the services are as promised thus far has been excellent, and as promised... a bit less expensive than the rest, high ceilings and clean. What moved me to write, however, was the exceptional customer service I received during a particular trying time last month. My husband and I had a 5x5 that was crammed. We decided to move to a larger unit in the same location. We did the financial transaction, and was told that we had to complete the move that day or we would be charged for both spaces. My husband left to drive me to work planning to go right back to make the physical transfer to the new unit. For reasons too weird to divulge, it turned out he could not return to make the transfer. And so, I was left alone to return. I took one look the stuff in the unit and it was like I was seeing it for the first time. I was crushed. I didn't know where to start. I didn't know what to touch. I am tough, but tears welled in my eyes. Sounds corny but I whispered a silent prayer. It was then an angel named Carlos (with strong muscles) appeared and helped me ... actually he moved everything and I helped him! What he did was way beyond the call of duty. I found out that he was sent to me by the front-desk person Ray; (I hope I got it right... it could be Jay) who had professionally and patiently completed the financial transfer for my husband and I earlier that day; and had heard my predicament when I returned. I thank these two employees from the bottom of my heart because it is this extra service when clients are at their wits ends that is the epitome of customer service. I have been at this storage post since 01/22/10. the sevice was excellent never had any problems with the staff they always treated me with the most respect, they were always at my side when ever I needed them and the manager Nick would make sure that I was ok with everything He would go out his way to make sure that I was fine and had no problems, the place was always get very clean and the staff was also great nomatter what I needed they would help me out with most problem that would come uo. if I would have to get another storage place I would come right back to this one on Atlantic ave. My review is for the Storage Post located on Fordham Rd. off the Major Deegan in the Bronx. I've had a unit with them for over two years now and my complaint is they call you about your due bill one day past the due date. Now my bill is due the 28th of every month; according to my contract I have 5 days grace period to get my payment in before they charge me a late charge. To get a call from Alex the manager ONE DAY PAST MY DUE DATE IS HARRASSMENT. I'm praying I get back on my feet soon so I can take my things out of their unit totally ratchet assed people can't even abide by their own agreed contracts. Ny experience at Storage Post was beyond exceptional, it was sublime! It turns out I had a unit that was needed to be transfered over to my name, so when I arrived with to this facility with this confusing dilemma... Carmen and Jacqueline were mire than willing to help me. Without this staff I wouldn't have known where to begin. Thank you so much to Storage Post for helping!! Storage Post has Excellent customer service from the moment I arrived. I was treated more like a long time friend than a new customer . The facility is very clean and well lit . Units were fairly priced, I did a lot of shopping around but once I met Abraham Sosa I knew I needed to shop no more ! His facility is immaculate I have never seen a Storage so well kept and full of courteous employees. They greet you with a smile everyday and Mr. Sosa was always there to help. MY wife and I have been renting at this location for the past 3 years. We decided to rent a larger unit. The unit that we wanted was not available the person that was helping us was Timothy he said that he would give us a call when a unit was available. 2 weeks latter Timothy gave us a call to let us know that the unit was available. I was surprised at the fact that he remembered us. He did that paperwork and we had our unit. Timothy is a true professional. read more
