Multiple items destroyed. Clearly a facility-wide issue as numerous other complaints have been reported. Management's response? Blamed ME for having one sealed food bag in storage and denied all responsibility. Other customers here have mentioned similar rat problems. Once I got it full with all the items Iwas moving, I realized that I could had gotten a Cargo Van instead, anyhow, everything worked out. The back had a metal ramp which made it so nice and easy to load and unload. At the front desk finishing all the paperwork of the rental procedure was easy and fast. Dropping off was the best as they allowed me 1 extra night free of charge to bring it back next day before 10AM. Excellent Customer Service 1k plus rating.

Way too many details and probably not enough characters to express what happened but the employee was rude, rolling her eyes, screwing up her face, walked away from me while having the exchange, asked me rhetorical sarcastic questions to insult me just because I asked questions. I never once yelled, made a smart remark, had an attitude or anything to make the employee feel as If I was disrespectful to her. Definitely, will escalate to corporate headquarters because customers shouldn't have to deal with employees with poor customer service skills.
