Once I got it full with all the items Iwas moving, I realized that I could had gotten a Cargo Van instead, anyhow, everything worked out. The back had a metal ramp which made it so nice and easy to load and unload. At the front desk finishing all the paperwork of the rental procedure was easy and fast. I am so happy to state that the U-haul at this location provided top notch, quality service. U-haul in East Flatbush deserves a stellar 5 Star Review and I would give them more stars if that were possible-lol. Great Service from beginning to the end. Let me take you on the journey: I initaiily spoke to two different lovely customer service representatives and they helped me complete the reservation. Representatives over the phone were kind and patient while providing assistance throughout the weeks that I had additional inquiries about the reservation. Going into the U-haul Center one particular week to purchase items, Nisha handled the transaction and explained the reservation check-in process so that things would go smoothly. A fellow customer in the store in an upsetting manner mentioned to me that his reservation was for 11am that particular day and that he was already waiting an hour for them to give him a U-haul truck. The following week, Nisha assisted a family member and I with the check-in process. She was able to change the reservation and place it in the family members name, collect their driver'sicense information, pictures of their driver's license was taken and before you know it the truck was ready and available. Boy, was I grateful that the reservation was for 1:30pm and the truck was ready ahead of schedule at 1:22pm. We needed the truck for about three hourse and the 10' truck is 19.95 for a 24-hour period + $1.79 per mile. Such a great price! The U-haul was thoroughly cleaned well, drove smoothly and there were no issues. We returned the truck before this U-haul location closed for the evening. Darryl took a few minutes to check the truck back into the parking lot, he computed the fees and provided the bill amount which went straight to a credit card. He also nicely broke down the reason for the fees, etc. Thank you to both Nisha and Daaryl for their fantastic professionalism, good customer service and hard-work! Yes, I would definitely use U-haul if ever needed in the future. Thanks for the positive experience!
