Throughout my life, I've dealt with three storage unit rental places. My experiences have been all over the board despite attempting to use due diligence. Because of that, I tried to keep my expectations in check. Thankfully I have been pleasantly surprised over and over since the start of my rental. They have a killer deal that's unmatched anywhere else where they let you use a quite nicely equipped 20 foot (I think) box truck for an entire day FREE OF CHARGE! Oh, and it comes loaded up with a courtesy furniture dolly and ten freaking moving blankets for no extra charge... much unlike the "other guys". Diane who is the lady who works the front desk is incredibly considerate and was able to help me and my family through a tough situation having to move houses on short notice. I think my favorite amenity they provide has to be the complimentary snack and ice cold bottle of water Diane will have waiting for you in the office after a hard day's work moving all of your possessions. I should also mention, on top of providing more comforts free of charge than a first class airliner, you get a free lock for your unit once you've started renting it. Check em' out! If there were 6 stars available, Storage Masters in St. Charles would get them all. I cannot express how great Diane was and how well-run her location is. Signing up for an account was simple, and the customer service when I went to get set up was unbelievably pleasant. Diane explained everything clearly and perfectly. She offered me snacks and water and told me to stop by any time for more! The units and buildings themselves are pristine and clean. My previous experience renting from a "big name" company was a nightmare compared to this, and until I met Diane and Storage Masters, I assumed they were all the same. This facility has been fantastic for my storage needs. The super-friendly staff and gated complex combined with ease of access and location make it an easy stop for my family. I moved from another storage facility that kept raising the rates and wonder why I ever stayed with them so long now that I've been with Storage Masters. I got a free truck rental to move my belongings and know I can expect to receive excellent and prompt service when I go there or need assistance. Rented a 5x5 unit to store seasonal items. The staff was very friendly and courtious. The price for the rental was excellent comparied to others. The facility is very clean and they even give you a lock for your storage free of charge. Unlike most places that give you a map and you have to find your storage location, they took the time to show me where it was at, make sure that the locks worked and the unit was clean. We were incredibly impressed with the St. Charles Storage Masters! Diane was outstanding with her help! It was snowing badly the day before our move-in, they snow-plowed during the day, and again that night. The road leading up to the storage unit was perfectly plowed on our move-in day. We have used the St Charles Storage Masters location for two moves with multiple storage units. Their pricing is fair and we have never had an issue with our belongings or accessing our units. The autopay on their website is super convenient. Diane is amazing, and is very professional and thorough. She helped my dad get his storage unit as well. I called this company's line and got a central scheduling office somewhere and was a little let down. Then within 10 minuets I got a call from the local facility confirming my appointment to look at a unit. They give you free locks, climate controlled building, and have a moving truck available. One of the better places I found to store my things while in transition. read more

You can call around and get price quotes based on Length x Width.... but when it comes to height... StorageMasters has them ALL BEAT! You get so much more space than the other guys.
