I have been using Extra Space Storage in Lincolnshire for over a year now. I used my unit the other day and oil spilled out the little hole in the back. I would have never thought to put oil in there and it was a lifesaver! The staff is always so friendly when they drive by and often stop and chat a bit. I ship materials for trade shows and they have even offered to have return shipments sent to the office instead of my home and will put in my unit for me. Their service goes above and beyond any other storage facility I've used and it's why I stay with them.

Once they get you in, they know they have you stuck. Cost me $2K for movers to get my stuff in there, and they know I cannot just pick up and leave just yet.
