Unfortunately there was a call-off so it was just two guys: Ryan and Randy. These guys were so nice, so professional, and so mindful of everything. I was blown away by how quick and efficient they were! It was a perfect storm of challenges: down one guy, moving out of a third floor walk-up, and there was a massive snow storm looming in the afternoon. Ryan and Randy handled everything with awesome attitudes and care you would hope for when someone is handling your personal belongings. Because of how I was treated, I ended up returning some of the items I had just purchased. It left such a bad taste in my mouth that I no longer felt comfortable giving them my business. I came in hoping to support a local, brick-and-mortar shop instead of just running to Amazon like we all so often do, but experiences like this make it hard to justify the effort. If stores want customers to care about shopping local, they need to care enough to hire people who actually want to be there and treat customers with basic respect.

I have been there quite a number of years. I discovered rent can be lowered with a request. There must be new stricter rules bc Mike said we are only allowed ONE request PER YEAR for a rent decrease. (And that request can be refused, or it can lower the rent for 3 OR 6 months.) Mike did his job & was amiable toward me. I would be glad to ask him anything again as the man certainly spoke in an honorable manner & he was precise in his information. --The next comment has absolutely nothing to do with Mike: The property is looking better as the gate has been working, which I appreciate.
