I do not recommend this storage unit what so ever. I myself had a unit here years ago, and always had trouble one way or another - I should've known better and moved my senior mothers unit out of there when I did - but I didn't. We just went to close out her unit recently; and we were warned they had a rodent infestation... well to our surprise there was rat feces, urine and fur everywhere in her unit, I mean tons, then we found a dead rat INSIDE as well. So we had to discard of everything in the unit. Although the woman in the office was very kind so this review isn't a reflection of her - but unfortunately we were told that they had known for quite some time and that they didn't ever send out notices. The management clearly only cares about making money - and it's honestly horrible. My poor mother now has to start all over and it breaks my heart for her. And only an apology was offered....like that can help her get back her things or the hundreds if not thousands she paid to rent the unit. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$. not to mention there are obviously people living in many of the units and they charge too much in my opinion. I don't want this to happen to anyone else so I am speaking up on her behalf because this is horrible. read more

I called them last week asking for a storage and I was told I could come the weekend coming up. They called me this morning and I confirmed I would be there in an hour. I went there and no one was there. I called and the lady said she will be there to help me in 10 min. I waited for 20 min and when I went inside the lady at the front desk was super rude to me. Over priced and understaffed the promise of a 24 surveillance or on site manager is a joke . The gate has been left open for hours overnight due to lack of on site mamager . The vehicle parking area is not viewable in cameras its a large blind spot . There are dead rats seen very often and also dead snakes on the premises. Some people living in units .They frequently have rent increases and some are $20 plus dollars per month . Units leak water during heavy rains and property is often damaged by rodents . Your credit card information is not secured but just put in a folder in their offices . These are FACTS not claims . read more

Today we helped dear friends who have to move out of state to care for their sick mother. After packing a large truck in 100 degree heat for over 3 hours, my husband respectfully asked if someone in the office could open the gate so we could leave. Leo, who called himself the manager said repeatedly "you can't keep doing this" and then called us "jerks". Who does that to their clients??? Unbelievably disrespectful and unprofessional. read more

I have been a customer for a few months and initially loved this place. Affordable rate quality store and then today I go enter my storage and I'm denied i go in they tell me it's because my payment due. I had already spoke to someone and told them because of my payday I would be paying my bill on Friday. Today I was denied entry even to walk in and ran one item I needed for work today. So this type of poor customer service and disrespect won't be tolerated so needless to say when I pay my bill for this month they will also be getting my 10 day notice of vacating.. read more

I just recently moved my belongings out because of their harassing phone calls. I get paid on the 5th, your not late until the 10th. But the phone calls start on the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc. sometimes 3 times a day. Its the 2 married Managers that are doing the calling, harassment at its finest is what it is. CROOKS.....NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I called and inquired about renting a unit. I discussed with the manager that I'd be renting a truck on the following Saturday and moving in. Upon my arrival, rented truck in hand, packed full of my belongings, what do I see? A truck that says FREE with move in! I went right in, spoke to the very same manager and asked, 'why didn't you mention it on the phone". He said I don't know and try to not be upset" No apology at all. Unbelievable. Also payments are due 1st of the month. If your payment isn't received by close of business on the 2nd, you're locked and your entry code becomes invalid. Even though late fees don't go not effect until the 10th. Do yourself a favor - Repeatedly kick yourself in the shin. Better than giving thee crooks any of your hard earned money. read more

Is it possible to give zero stars? We moved our belonging into a small unit at this facility without too much trouble. Then a few months later when we went back to grab some items we were horrified to find our unit covered in rat feces and urine. I immediately called the office line and emailed the manager. And these urgent requests for attention were addressed right away? No. They got back to me a day later. And the response was let's just say less than stellar. They kept pointing out the terms and conditions of the rental agreement (like anyone ever reads those) as to why they couldn't help me and that I should contact my home owner's insurance? Uh, I'm not looking to rip anyone off here. Just looking to be made whole on items I had to throw out because YOU let rats invade your storage facility! After much back and forth they agreed to compensate me. However, I moved out of the unit before they issued my credit (I mistakenly assumed at this point that they had some minimum level of decency left) and they now refuse to pay up. AVOID THIS DUMP AT ALL COSTS! read more
