They were helping her also when I walked out. I was mailing one package postage prepaid and buying postage for the 2nd package. Despite it being after closing, she asked if I wanted a tracking receipt for the postage prepaid package as well, unsolicited. This kind of customer service is what I love about small businesses and entrepreneurs. I was delighted by their complete customer service and friendliness. I will be back whenever possible. He responded promptly with quotes and gave great tips about packing and to use room labels. And Ben, the foreman on site, was super professional and punctual. He took great care with our belongings, even rewrapping some of my furniture (that I did not properly wrap oops!), was a safe driver and kept us updated during his journey with the moving truck. On top of it all, you could tell these were kind compassionate people that we were dealing with. I'm not sure what others expect of moving companies but I don't typically expect everyone to be super friendly or accommodating. I feel traumatised by how i was treated. We ended up saving over $10,000 going with PODS. We hired someone on this end to pack our POD and someone on the other end to unload.
