One of them even talked about opening my upstairs window and throwing everything that's not breakable out of the window. Then I requested another move within a year from same upstairs room to a 2bd apt. The first team was late. About midway into loading the truck, I was told there was a problem with the first team not competently loading their truck fast enough, then causing a SECOND team to show up at the destination. This was going to be betterand faster and should cost about the same as last time. NO. The first team failed me. (One of the team members kept going into the moving truck and taking vape hits. Now, I didn't think too much of that at the time. Thought it might help him enjoy his job better?) ugh. Then I overhear a comment saying "There's so much little stuff." Really? since when do movers bitch...lol So the second team was in and out and done by dark. There was some time where the apt peeps messed up and had to wait, but. They gave Little education on what was going to happen and when I told them about my experience with the movers that they coordinated they pretty much said well that's too bad. You'll have to pay extra. I would never recommend this company to anyone for the care that I received and for the that I got it took them over a week to respond back to my original claim and even then I had to speak to a manager to actually get somebody to talk to me. The reason I am writing…read moreabout our 13 year new shed is because of the value, dependability, and excellent craftsmanship of it. My shed has been used extensively over the past few years. It is still in excellent shape and all the original parts are still functioning properly. We are in the market for a new one and they are still the lowest price with an excellent track record with us. Ours is a 10x20 Gable. We painted it to match our house colors. I have never had any issues or concerns with it. I will miss it but I recently visited Stor-Mor shed and I am "VERY Impressed" with the numerous shed options. The work bench, loft, and window. Yes, my next shed will have all 3 added features. I am looking forward to this purchase. So, if you are looking for a dependable and durable shed this is it. NO Exceptions!

The numerous callbacks we had were for the substandard materials used on our greenhouse but Brittany scheduled her employees to come back and fix them. They have a quality control department for this business but it appears they need to be more diligent on inspecting the quality of the materials used on a greenhouse or a shed which is why I only gave a 3*. I would recommend this company but be sure you inspect the materials being used if you hire them.
