When I didn't hear from them and reached out proactively, I heard excuses and a renewed promise that my quote would be issued by the next business day. Still no quote. Asked two more times. Still no quote. If I went through all that for a quote only to be stymied, I would blame the salesperson's workflow for letting me fall through the cracks. Now that I've been dumb enough to try a second time (a year later) and it happened again, I'm blaming the business's workflow. If you don't have room to store peoples' stuff, just say so. Don't string us along waiting for a quote that never comes. I really wanted to use Mesa but instead I'm using Boise Moving & Storage. They are super nice and provided a quote without delay.
