So beginning of August 2022, I arrived at 935pm to grab some things from storage before heading…read moreout the next morning to Ohio to my mom's house. My gf arrived to help me load the few items, I was transporting onto my trailer. She mentioned jokingly something about the facility closing at 10 pm and hoped they'd let us out the gate. Ladies and gents, we were locked in the facility for over an hour. The woman who owns it/lives above the office, refused to help is as this stores policy is not to interact with customers after business hours. We had to call 911 who sent a Jasper deputy or PD to let us out. The kicker is that the manager who lives upstairs was on the phone with the officer to let us out and gave him the code to do it instead of coming down stairs and doing it her lazy self!! The officer informed is that this was the first time he had come out but had heard it has happened before more than once. The legal out they give themselves is that the pedestrian gate was open... meaning we were free to escape if we left our things and vehicles there. Worst of all the manager wrote my gf (the property owner) a scathing email the next day threatening her with trespassing and distributing the peace. She also threatened to evict her if there was another "incident" mind you I was talking loudly about how horrible a business it to hold their patrons hostage against their will, all the while she was peering out the window above us... very "it puts the lotion on its skin..." If we had the money, time or energy to change storage locations...we % would! But again... we feel trapped

Closed Friday and finished moving in today to our new home. These people are amazing and took care of us like we were family. Let us borrow a landscaping trailer to move our stuff. Were totally cool with rates during these crazy times. I highly recommend using them for storage. I highly recommend them for moving. Why? Cause they are professionals... period.
