It's clean and the spaces are roomy and appropriately priced. They are no hidden fees on the backend and no skimming or trying to skim a little bit of money every month. If you have homeowners insurance, perfect. You don't have to PROVE that you have it three months in advance before the renewal and then again after you have renewed. They aren't emailing you constantly about things that are irrelevant or have anything to do with your space. This company is fair. This company is awesome. I made…read morespecific arrangements for after-hours access as I knew I would be arriving late after driving 6 hours with our boat, which I was to store in my rented outdoor parking spot. My wife arrived early, did the paperwork, and got two codes. One for regular gate access, and one for after-hours access. I had also made arrangements to have 24 hour access for the rest of the week since we we're planning to fish into the night and would not be returning before the regular 9pm access. When I arrived the first night at 11:15, neither of my codes worked. I settled down to spend the first night of my vacation sleeping in my truck, as the resort area does not allow boat/trailers inside. After struggling to get comfortable in the truck, I decided to try calling corporate customer service and after holding for a long time, got a hold of a guy who after hearing the story, made an attempt to override the gate locks and let me in. I parked my boat and left for my rental home, exhausted by the hassle and delay . I came to pick up our boat for an offshore fishing trip that was scheduled to last into the night. I stopped by the office to get a new code for the late access. I spoke with Travis who apparently knew about the overnight gate fiasco from the message we left on the answering machine when we were trying to get in. He looked at the two cards and said that neither of the two codes was an after hours code. The one that we were originally given was actually an auction access code. He called his boss, Sharon to get the new after-hours code approved and she said no. Now these people, who took my money, made a deal that inspired me to tow my boat six hours, burn extra fuel, and spend part of my vacation trying to sleep in my truck, are going back on their promises and preventing me from the night fishing trip my family has been promised. Despite what they politely commit to when they are taking your money, they will not honor those promises. Don't let them take your vacation time and hard-earned money!

They took all day... 12 hours... And never finished...... plus they lost the most valuable and precious box of my children's artwork and the only reason I didn't take it myself was because I figured that it was only a two minute walk and it was a heavy box. The next day we had to hire another moving company to finish the job. I was just on the phone with the company because was transferred to them when I put in a request for movers to give me estimates. The woman, I was speaking with hung up on me when I told her about this situation.... that alone explains how horrible this company is. If I could give this company, no stars I would, but you have to give some so I gave it one.
