Upon arrival to rental unit realized it was too small. Called while onsite to explain issue requesting to upgrade to larger unit which they were unable to honor including the promotional deal. Due to this issue I requested to cancel but they were unable to refund the admin fee for a unit never used. Had to get further approval for the refund of the lock not used either which is still pending. Dislike there is no onsite staff available only kiosk. Very disappointed. Ended up going elsewhere. Was told by customer rep there would be someone available from 2 to 6 in which I was going to view unit before purchase but not available.
