I wanted to use a local company that is reliable, clean, and does not try to price gouge people like some other local storage companies around town. This place is well lit. It's clean and the spaces are roomy and appropriately priced. They are no hidden fees on the backend and no skimming or trying to skim a little bit of money every month. If you have homeowners insurance, perfect. You don't have to PROVE that you have it three months in advance before the renewal and then again after you have renewed. They aren't emailing you constantly about things that are irrelevant or have anything to do with your space. This company is fair. This company is awesome. I spoke with Zaxby and we…read moreworked out a plan and the cart was delivered to my rental unit in Beaufort in less than 11/2 hours. The cart came clean and very well taken care of. It has to be plugged in at night so they brought the battery charger and even stopped and bought a new extension cord. The battery wasn't fully charged but charged enough to get 4 of us around until we finished for the day. I highly recommend renting your cart from Sea Island. I rented one in the past from a place downtown Beaufort a few years ago and it was junk. I had the opposite with this company. We didn't want to take out a contract with a garbage company once we found out we can drive 2 miles from our house and drop off our garbage. They have everything broken down into categories with attendants who are quite helpful. Anything from paint to oil to cardboard to paper, plastic and normal refuse. All have different compactors or cages to place your disposables. If you spend more than 5 minutes there, ask for help and keep moving.

I came in to fix my master cylinder then upsold me on a serpentine belt that wasn't needed at all then they told me it could've been my ABS module and instead of checking and confirming they were like yeah lets just fix the thing they asked for and move them along.Starting a service I DID Not APPROVE just to tell me that bleeding the brakes manually didn't do anything then using the machine.They stopped when i told them I did not want that service so now i paid $700 something just for my car to be sitting in their lot for 4 days while they twiddle their thumbs. Location is not that great either.MORAL OF THE STORY: Don't waste your precious time on a garbage shop like this. Just for your sanity...
