Yeah so the management here is so disrespectful. I'm cruising through the lot trying to find my storage unit, and this manager dude is like ripping through the complex on his golf cart way too fast. As i'm driving around the corner this dude comes zooming out of some gravel parking spots and has to slam on his brakes to keep from hitting my car. I proceed to find my storage unit, park next to building, and this dude has the GALL to come holler at me to roll down my window, then asks if i need help. And i'm like no sir just waitin on my pops bringing some stuff to storage. And then proceeds to say something dickish about the fact that I looked like i needed help and something about him almost hitting me. I didn't completely hear the end of what he was saying but like dude was CLEARLY pissed that his dumbass almost hit ME, because HE was zooming through the parking lot on the golf cart. So hey management, next time one a your guys is zooming through the parking lot on his golf cart and almost hits somebody, how about you slow the fuck down and get off the golf cart instead of approaching the customer and saying some rude shit as if it was MY fault YOU had to slam on your brakes as i'm going even below the speed limit of the complex tryin to find my storage unit. Yes i know i cursed a few times but like that's just unacceptable. I don't like confrontation and i don't like having issues with folks, especially when i didn't do a damn thing wrong to him. We moved out of our unit yet they continued to charge us. We've called over and over and over, each time the promise to refund us and yet, no refund. No one knows what to do about this very simple issue. If you don't enjoy paying hundreds for a storage unit that you're not actually occupying, definitely go elsewhere. read more

This place used to be the best in terms of value and customer experience. Since Midgard bought them out it has been a never ending fight to get anything done with them. The attendant, who also claims to be the manager is rude and epitomizes unprofessional behavior, an almost disdain for customers in general. They have raised rates twice, the first time without notice and again in July. They refuse to acknowledge their own breach of contract in doing so and only pile on fees to extract the most from customers until they either pay or leave. You will not get a response to any online communication and phone calls go to voicemail or hang up. Go somewhere else and save yourself time and money. And their corporate offices are no better, I've yet to get a response from them either, next is court. read more

Absolutely terrible, I went in before my pick up date to make sure everything was a go but no I was given a "attempted" call that didn't go through saying they moved my pick up location. That's all I got this one supposed call, if you were going to move my stuff and not fully tell me about, thanks for letting me now you can't recall, re-mail, re-text or something. How is that I come into this store talk to someone, put in my reservation, and get everything confirmed. And then a few days before my pick up something's a problem and you don't have my items. The communication is absolutely ridiculous just to fix a problem that with a phone call could have fixed a long time ago. Ridiculous and now I won't be using Uhaul or this company. read more

We stored our boat here for a year while waiting for a spot to open at our neighborhood marina. Not a bad place but the gate was broken for awhile. They finally got it repaired. The employees were helpful... especially one lady, I think her name may have been Debra, who was extremely helpful when we were pulling the boat out. read more

Upon returning the trailer rental, I returned at 10am in which no-one showed up to work. Hours stated opening at 9am. I left and returned at 11:15 am in which there were tons of angry customers waiting for someone to show up. There were at least 10 people who needed to get their rentals and they were extremely unhappy to be stood up and left hanging. I got a couple of guys to help me get the trailer off of my car. One of the guys said this trailer was the exact trailer he had rented. We tried to call the number on the office door to finish my rental and start his rental so he could take the trailer but no-one answered the phone and no one responds. I had called many times at the beginning with no return calls to rent the trailer initially. I finally did it online with U-haul. I called many times to say the trailer was returned and no-one returned the calls. I also had to call U-haul to make a note that I had returned the trailer and email Midgard. I took pictures of the trailer returned in perfect condition just in case. It's a shame this is the only place to get trailer rentals. They could make money if they could hire a more intelligent office manager and someone who shows up to work. read more
