All Pro Tire Pros (The shop that is so professional, they had to list it twice in their name, lol. There has got to be a reason, but why, I have no idea, so ask as you'll have about 45 minutes waiting for you alignment to be done), were they provided you excellent work at a reasonable price. Justin did a great job as I watched him work the phone, calling customers back with a happy and pheasant demeanor letting one know, they can get the part they needed, another, after first calling the mechanic he was going to recommend to them to confirm he wanted the job, that while All Pro Tire Pros could not help them, Justin could recommended a mechanic and a solution, that would handle the problem for them, and finally, sadly another customer that they could not help but recommended the "dreaded" dealer (not mine of course, I'm ok, lol) as their only option. I got to experience GREAT customer service, live and in color! Yea, it's always the little things that mean so much to many of us. You want service? Instead of dealing with a call center in India, or the Philippines where an English speaking name is used to mask their identity so they can tell you "no", over and over again. Yea, it's like that! Then take your ride to All Pro Tire Pros in Bluffton for tires, an alignment, or just about any other mechanical issue your transportation poses because then can feel the satisfaction, and enjoyment of feeling like a valued customer. Keywanna helped to place my tire order. She was helpful and efficient. All of the employees were friendly. Area of improvement. Wait time. A coworker said they work on "CP" time and he never lied. 3 hrs to replace 1 tire. They could at least provide updates about the anticipated wait time, or give updates. I had to ask Jay the customer service employee after 1.5 hours how much longer it would be before my car would be worked on. It appeared that there were only two people in the service department leisurely working on cars. 3 managers present and two people in customer service. Clearly this is problematic. The guy Shiheen that worked on my car seemed to be less than swift because when management was providing him with information regarding my car he appeared to be aloof about what he was being told. Additionally my air cap which was there when I brought my car was suddenly gone on when the hubcap was replaced when an awful green color. If you need a job try RNR because they need the help in the service department. So many times I wanted to say give me my keys and my money back, but I needed the tire replaced. If this wasn't an emergency matter I would have left. In the future I'll just take my chances at another establishment, or search for a Nexen tire I'm Florida. RNR please do better for the folks you help moving forward.

First impression was that they aren't much of "people persons", there wasn't much customer service skills there. I was trying to get a used tire but they said they didn't have one in my size. Ended up paying about $125 for a new one. I seen a used one that was my size on my way out. I think they could tell I was in a bad position, with everything else closing, and took advantage of me. I won't be returning.
