The 2nd time was equally as good, however, when I moved this last time into my home, they sent 2 trucks and 4 guys. The one that I had requested, which I had the first time was not available that day so they sent 4 others out. The one lead guy did not stay on top of the others and they just did what they wanted. They were slow, careless and I ended up with damaged furniture, damaged doorways into my NEW house and not one did they have the curtesy to let me know. They put things in one room that I asked them to and ended up just piling things on top of other things to the point where I can't get to anything without moving everything out. They put the remainder of the stuff in the garage and it looks like a trash heap in both my one bedroom and the garage. It took them almost 8 hours to move me. I did have 3 storage units, however, it only took 2 hours to move into the biggest one and about 1 1/2 hours to move into the 2nd one. I moved myself into the 3rd one. That was with only 2 guys per unit. This time, it took over 4 hours to move out of the units. That is insane. I am sorry to say that I would not recommend to anyone if you value your possessions and your time and money.

We had taken photos of the tub before hand and after. Three sides of our hot tub were damaged. This 1-star review is not about the damage. This review is a result of their lack of professionalism in handling the claim. We paid them EXTRA for what they deemed "insurance" to cover damages, but then refused to use that coverage to cover the damages they caused. I was told by Dalton Duran that they would send someone to our home to look at the damage and then settle with us. But continuous attemps to reach him resulted in being ghosted. We are filing a claim in civil court as a result. Just a word to the wise. Always get pictures before and after and be prepared for the worst. They aren't professional enough to handle the mistakes they makes. I'll never use them again. You shouldn't, either.

We didn't file a claim because we knew the house was undergoing a major remodel. When they moved us back in, we had the builder cover all the walls and flooring. AMS did not have that as an option. Additionally, when they brought our stuff back, many items were covered with mold. We had a lot of damage and many boxes looked like they had been packed by children. I hate to leave a negative review but our compensation for damage was horrible and out of line in our opinion. I can't recommend this company and I would not use them again.

I met a real life superman on Sunday…read more I had a move set up with another company that told me my one bedroom move would be 1500.00 plus...I was like no thank you. I called around and was referred to this company....I called and lucky me..not only was he (Richard) in charleston...he was able to do my move same day.....I was like do you have help? He said "ma'am I don't need help" in an Elvis voice....I was like oooooookkkkkkk. He said ma'am I won't let you down..I was like there is no way he is doing this by himself...45 min later he showed up ready to move my stuff. Moral of the story....never judge, assume, or doubt....you just might be amazed. And I was....He is truly a one man show....He was pleasant, prompt, willing to help me pack the things that I didn't pack and unpacked everything into my small storage unit...He made it work.
