Spencer and Gage were extremely friendly and professional. Exceptional customer service and communication. Price for junk removal was reasonable as well. Will use these guys again. Highly recommend. read more

Eli and Shelby were very nice. I can't give them 5 stars because their time management was terrible. I waited around all day on a Monday and then was supposed to have priority for Wednesday at 10 and they got there at 12. In their defense, I have no idea if they were the ones that never showed Monday. The price was reasonable. They charge by how much space your stuff takes in the truck. It was about $300 (with tip) for a large washer and queen mattress. read more

1-800-GOT-JUNK? Savannah - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me - Savannah, Georgia

Above and Beyond! Truly Exceptional Service! In November 2025, I had an unforgettable experience with 1-800-GOT-JUNK in Savannah. Trey, the owner, stepped in during a moment when I truly needed help. As a senior caring for a disabled child, I was struggling to unload a moving truck--and without hesitation, Trey personally came out and helped us, completely free of charge. His kindness, compassion, and willingness to go far beyond what anyone would expect made an overwhelming day so much easier. You don't often meet business owners who show this level of humanity. I highly recommend 1-800-GOT-JUNK Savannah. If you want a company led by someone who genuinely cares about people, Trey is the one to call read more

We wanted to recommend to you 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Savannah GA. We had a Bike, trash, old blow up queen size bed, workout bench, small refrigerator, trash etc.... We were quoted by one team from the company on Friday and Ryan (Veteran) and Jerrod (Father is a Marine) arrived on time to do the job on Monday at our appointed time. What a great experience. One team quoted us one price, and the second team of Ryan and Jerrod stuck to that pricing. They got everything we thought, and then we found a few items left behind. I called and talked to Eldridge (very polite and service oriented manager) and he assured me our team would be back today. Even though they were tied up with other jobs they made it a priority for this team of professionals who circled back later that afternoon to pick up the few things they missed. Polite, respectful, good people like your sons or nephews who made our experience with them fun and enjoyable which is remarkable when you are removing, and they are loading junk! Their pricing was very resonable for what they hauled and we are extremely happy with our teams performance. Thank you very much Ryan, Jerrod, and Eldridge for doing a great job! We highly recommend this company to you, they are outstanding! read more

I used them again to remove a recliner, TV stand, and end table. Just as great as my first experience. They communicated when they'd be here, arrived on time, and were really professional. read more

1-800 got junk charged over $300 to haul away a sofa and love seat. The dump is only 1 mile away it would have been better to find someone else or rent a truck from U-Haul for $19 a day. The people who picked it up were not friendly. I am very disappointed and suggest looking elsewhere if you need things removed from your house. read more

Douglas and Josh were professional, courteous and speedy. Thanks! Michele
