They took all day... 12 hours... And never finished...... plus they lost the most valuable and precious box of my children's artwork and the only reason I didn't take it myself was because I figured that it was only a two minute walk and it was a heavy box. The next day we had to hire another moving company to finish the job. I was just on the phone with the company because was transferred to them when I put in a request for movers to give me estimates. The woman, I was speaking with hung up on me when I told her about this situation.... that alone explains how horrible this company is. If I could give this company, no stars I would, but you have to give some so I gave it one.

I than hired an appliance repair company who found the problem to be that the drain line was installed to deep and was fixed in ten minutes. I can't believe Ken and Marc were too busy for a ten minute fix. If they hadn't lead me wrong for three days I would have felt differently.
