Called them, stated the problem and they agreed to come out the next day. Well these promises went on for three days until they finally stated they were too busy to come back. I than hired an appliance repair company who found the problem to be that the drain line was installed to deep and was fixed in ten minutes. I can't believe Ken and Marc were too busy for a ten minute fix. If they hadn't lead me wrong for three days I would have felt differently.

Like Amy's recent review in Feb., we used PODS to relocate from GA to TN. Let me note, before I say anything negative, that these gentlemen were very kind and nice and more than accommodating when we had to order two additional pods, which meant more additional time and labor on their part. It also meant additional money for the company. As suggested and told we needed to, we provided all packing materials, bubble wrap, and blanket's for wrapping furniture. However, upon arriving in TN, we discovered most furniture had NOT been wrapped, almost none of the framed glass pictures were wrapped, and most items had been just tossed into the containers with no organization. Obviously lots of furniture is scratched up and dented. The China cabinet was wrapped in the owner's king size bed mattress pad that is now ruined because all the glass broke in the china cabinet. We gave them a package of packing blankets that were never opened. A taxidermy fish was just placed between two pillows, not secured at all. This was a fish caught by my grandfather, who is now no longer with us. We will never get that back and it's ruined. A 53 year old Korean lamp shade is destroyed. It was clearly labeled "Fragile." Misc items NOT packed and protected. A heavy piece of furniture (not wrapped) placed on top of a PLASTIC piece SLEEP NUMBER BED JUST TOSSED IN! In a complete opposite fashion, the moving company in TN has a policy to take pictures of anything that is damaged prior to removing from the truck/container. They have been taking "many" of their own pics and will attest to the damage done due to pour packing and loading and it having NOTHING to do with the transport. It's a shame I cannot post pictures, because you would be appalled. My dad is a 21 year retired Army veteran and in all the years we moved, (I moved 13 times) NEVER have we had this kind of extensive damage. Furthermore, I have given them every opportunity to prevent me from having to post this review. I have left 3 voicemails, and sent 2 emails with no response. I think I have been more than gracious and kind. I am not after or out to get anyone by any means and certainly don't want to ruin someone's business. However, when someone can disregard someone's belongings the way that ours have been disregarded, and toss them aside the way that we have witnessed, there's absolutely no excuse.
