Worst experience EVER! When I moved to Georgia in 2020 I had the owners move my stuff and they were amazing. They were so great that I booked with triple J services to move a second time, and boy that was a mistake. When they arrived I was expecting the couple I had before Jamie and John. It ended up being two younger kids. They were nice and professional when they arrived. The packing up of the apartment was fine but it got back and unprofessional when they got to the new place. When they arrived the young man could not handle the job. He was saying he was overheated and began to vomit. The young lady began to do the work by herself. It than began to take to long and we were paying by the hour so My husband actually had to jump and was moving furniture. The young man that was suppose to be working quit in the middle of the move! His excuse was that he didn't eat! We than called the owners and explained what was going on, Jamie was helpful however they never sent another person out to help the young lady finish the job! She than gave us a "slight discount" long story short they finished about 6 hours later, my couch was not put together correctly, my table is damaged and scratched in MULTIPLE places ( they were suppose to fix or replace and never showed back up) my bed is not put together properly! What a mess ! For 500$?!!!! I don't know what happened but the first time was an amazing experience this time..not so much! I do Not recommended. They left me hanging.. I don't make a lot of money.. also the cable man was here installing my cable he actually was out helping the young lady grab the last few big items out of the truck! Pathetic! This is a business very unprofessional and I'm ver disappointed. I've been patient because I was told my table would be fixed and have texts phone calls and receipts. Now looking for a replacement table. read more

These are the best movers I have ever had. After our first movers bailed less than 24 hours from our move, we scrambled to find new ones. We lucked out and the two ladies from here came from Savannah, GA to Charleston, SC. We used Uhaul containers and these ladies were so good they magically fit everything in one container - SAVING US $1600 (we moved to CO). I was blown away at the honestly of these ladies. Many movers wouldn't have cared at all to try to do this. I highly recommend these ladies! They were even super patient as we sat on hold with Uhaul to change the reservations from 2 to one so they could get paid. I lost their address or I would've written them a handwritten thank you note as well! THANK YOU. read more

Triple J Services were absolutely wonderful. From speaking with Jamie on a couple of occasions to confirm drop off and filling of 2 UBoxes, to spending the day with John and JD who worked diligently, filled the boxes creatively to pack as much as they could, and were as polite as they were hard working, we were truly pleased that they helped pack us for a 2000 mile journey. We hope to use them again later this year when we return to consolidate storage units in 2 states. We highly recommend Triple J Services! read more

If I could give Triple J Services a million stars I would! Jamie and John are the dynamic duo of moving services! They are extremely professional, efficient and quick! Jamie is easy to communicate with and always answers the phone! We drove from Atlanta and had some delays getting to our meeting point, but Jamie was flexible and made it easy to coordinate us getting there at the same time. They unloaded our two bedroom truck in under an hour! We loved them so much we are using them again next week for our move in. We would highly recommend them for your next move! read more

AVOID! Paid for nothing but bad attitude, excuses, damaged furniture and holes in walls. Took 12 hours due to being too busy arguing. work there guys to death, and not enough help. Not sure what's changed over the last year, but service has seriously declined. read more

Loading of a truck took much longer than expected due to unprofessionalism, scratched furniture even though it was wrapped with blankets and plastic, many lighter boxes were smashed in due to heavier boxes being stacked on top of them in the truck. Do not recommend this company read more

Triple J was completely on top of my move. They called immediately to confirm dates and times. They checked in as my date got closer and confirmed. The day of the move they notified me when they were close to arrival. They were efficient and professional. Since I am in a temporary situation I plan to use them again when I move out. read more

Everything was absolutely PERFECT. They called to confirm and gave us updates on their arrival. We were using a U-Box and we had an A list and secondary list. My wife and I had practiced the pack and sorted and thought no way would we get even some of our secondary items. They got nearly everything!! And the last item was something that we definitely would NOT miss. They did it so quickly. Less than an hour from arrival to pulling away. Great service. So friendly. And they were wearing masks the entire time. we cannot say enough great things and really appreciate their excellent service and care. read more
