Called them back when I got out......different customer care rep says....."oh that sounds awful.....you should call the District Manager.....here is his number"......REALLY ? That's your Customer Service ? By the way....District Manager never called me back. When I called faculty today to see if gate was repaired......she told me she knew nothing about it !!! They sold out my move to a company that has awful awful reviews and I feel pretty betrayed. The sales guy was nice, I trusted them and I regret it I still don't have any of my belongings and the drop off date keeps getting pushed back.
