Kept me aware of how far away they were & who to expect which was very appreciated. I booked my move several weeks in advance and I was called 2 weeks out to confirm that no changes were needed and again the day before. I appreciate the confirmation text I was given the day before as well as a phone call when the movers were 15 minutes out. I love that type of accountability! Don't listen or trust what they say cause everything they have you sign says something different than what they verbally promise you. The sales guy was nice, I trusted them and I regret it I still don't have any of my belongings and the drop off date keeps getting pushed back. American might have decent reviews but THEY WILL SELL YOU OUT.
