Customer service is A++ but Equipment and moving supplies are C+…read more I have to call out Travis(?) at the counter for doing a great job helping me out. The first truck I was given was undrivable due to a severe front end shake starting at 40 MPH. I rented the truck to go from GA to NJ (800 miles) so no way I could use it. It was the only one-way truck they had so after I returned it they found another truck at a Home Depot 20 miles away! I was given a discount to cover the taxi ride. Travis didn't let me leave without having a truck. But, this location had almost no moving supplies so they gave me what they could (couple boxes, one roll of bubblewrap and tape) which in the end was just enough for my move.
