The shishito peppers were so sweet and tangy in the bacon jelly and cheese and oozed with goodness! She didn't ask us what we wanted, she just walked by yelling "ONLY PIZZA". She was rude, inconsiderate and not to mention wrong, considering we ordered more than pizza. Tara was tending bar. We seated ourselves and even let the bartender know we were there, then waited about 10 minutes before anyone bothered to come over. We ordered two beers and two pizzas. We had enough time to finish both beers while watching our waitress and the bartender stand around talking at the bar. The bartender even had time to drink a White Claw, but apparently nobody had time to make sure our food was coming. Eventually, our waitress told us the pizzas were done but "weren't crispy enough," so they were put back in the oven. After already waiting so long, that excuse was hard to believe. Another 15 minutes passed with no pizzas, no updates, and no apology. We finally paid for our beers and left hungry. The most shocking part is that there are very few places like this on Aurora's west side. You would think a neighborhood bar with so little competition would value every customer who walks through the door. Instead, we were treated like an inconvenience. If this is how they handle a nearly empty bar, I'd hate to see what happens when they're actually busy. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money somewhere that acts like it wants customers.

There's a long bar, with EXPERT Bartenders on duty. Nawt on tap, but they are better stocked than you might imagine--beers AND booze. In the southwest corner of the room, there's a small table where you'll place your order-check the brief menus on the table first. There's a 3% surcharge if you use a credit card.
