I was really hoping it would be my new neighborhood watering hole but that's not happening. The look alike Roz, from Monsters Inc, saw me and my two girlfriends looking at the menu. She didn't ask us what we wanted, she just walked by yelling "ONLY PIZZA". She was rude, inconsiderate and not to mention wrong, considering we ordered more than pizza. Tara was tending bar. It's truly a shame I enjoyed it so much when it wasn't a permanent menu item, but I'm positive their other cocktails, especially margaritas, are just as good. My sister got a spicy Mexican-style lager, which certainly was spicy! Their N/A mocktails looked intriguing, too. The birria grilled cheese was out of this world good (no pictures because it was devoured too fast). The sandwich had a good amount of meat and had big, hearty bread to hold the weight of the meat. I typically don't enjoy waffle fries because most places don't cook them evenly, but FEB does it right. I even got some fun seasoning on them, which elevated my experience. Also, the aesthetic is so cool! I would've gone just for the food, but the vibes (and drink) made it worth extra special. Our server could not have been kinder, too.

The garlic cheese curds were the highlight of the meal, we enjoyed them so much that we ended up ordering a second round. The wings were decent, but the menu described them as smoked, and I honestly couldn't detect any smoky flavor or aroma. My biggest complaint was the service. The waiter took our food and drink orders at the same time, but the drinks arrived much later than expected. In fact, we had already finished our appetizers by the time the beer was served. Since we visited around 2-3 PM and the restaurant wasn't particularly busy, the delay was disappointing. Overall, the food was enjoyable, especially the garlic cheese curds. If I return, I'll probably order my drinks first and place my food order afterward to avoid the wait.
