The team came at the agreed time and described every step prior to commencing the assessment. They inspected the surface and made notes on the areas that might need to be addressed in future. The report was given soon after the visit and it was well defined recommended maintenance as opposed to insisting on immediate repairs. I liked the fact that the explanation was simple and easy to follow. The problem was minor, and this provided me with some relief. In general, the visit was well-organized and professionally managed.

I wanted to support a veteran-owned business, which honestly made this experience even more…read moredisappointing. I had my gutters installed previously by the original builder for around $1,300. This company quoted me approximately $3,000 for what was essentially the same type of job -- more than double the price. I completely understand that businesses have overhead and prices change, but there's a difference between charging a fair price and simply being wildly overpriced. A quote of $3,000 for a job I previously paid $1,300 for was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. It's unfortunate because I genuinely wanted to support a veteran-owned company. I just can't justify paying more than twice what the same work has cost me before. Being veteran-owned is something I'm happy to support, but it shouldn't be used as a reason for customers to overlook an unreasonable price. Shop around and get multiple quotes before committing. I'm glad I did.

Keith Caballero helped me understand what was needed to best suit my needs, provided an estimate outlining what we talked about, and provided a fair price. Note; they will not service existing gutters, they will tear out any existing gutters and replace, probably for the better. Day before delivery, the office reached out and confirmed the time that they would be arriving the next day. On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. Do not be concerned with Zelle-ing the owner directly.

When I got multiple quotes for roof repairs he was the most attentive, the most thorough, and Peak had very reasonable pricing. Finding great help for commercial properties is pretty challenging these days. The report and photos I received as part of the estimate process definitely helped me to make decisions with more confidence in a situation where I'm unlikely to actually put eyes on the problems myself.
