In return I received an utterly ridiculous, scripted and irrelevant reply from 'Maria' requesting: 1. In home visit to review project details and take 'precise' measurements. Not surprising as they want to sell more than I asked for. It's a TABLETOP, 54" diameter. How hard is that? 2. Address and phone number - evidently so they and their network can plague me with solicitations. 3. A layout or drawing of the project. It's a TABLETOP and I provided a photo. 4. If project is on ground floor or are there stairs - it's clear in the photo I provided. 5. Do I have the stone and what type- this was evident in the original request for a quote. I would at least expect them to say "in a recommended thickness of 'x', it's x-dollars for marble, y-dollars for quartz, etc Overwhelmingly pathetic first interaction.

Of all the contractors that I reached out to he was the best at taking my calls or getting back to me. He answered all my questions, which were many. My wife and I also had great communication with his father, Mario, whom we felt very comfortable with. We found him to be very personable. This is a family business. They're great people, trustworthy! They strive to meet their customer's expectations. The countertop installation turned out great and the work was completed on time. The experience was very positive from the beginning to the end. My wife and I welcomed this positive outcome since other aspects of our kitchen remodeling project (different contractor) did not go as smoothly. In summary, my wife and I were very pleased with the work done by Legend Stone. We felt we made the right choice. We would hire them again without any hesitation! For anyone reading this review, if you are looking at replacing your countertops and/or installing backsplash please do yourself a favor and contact Legend Stone. I can assure you they will not disappoint. You will be very pleased with the communication, and their fine workmanship.

First of all he was one of the very few people that even called us back and was up front that he was booked out a month in advance but would love to do the job if that worked with our schedule. We got the estimate and decided to cross our fingers and hope for the best. All I can say is it was worth the wait! Paul and his whole crew were the utmost professionals. The communication was good, they showed up on time, worked hard, cared for our home and truly paid attention to detail which is most important. Any issues that came up along the way like crooked walls or problems from the previous work were addressed with us on the spot so there were never any surprises. They stuck to the original quote (which was very fair) and the work was phenomenal. My only regret is that we didn't hire them from the start of the project! An Architect's Review…read more As an architect, I work with contractors on a regular basis and needless to say, I was probably more particular than most when it came to choosing someone to work on my own home. Word of mouth and research led me to ARC / Armando... and I'm glad I went with him! From the beginning, communication was clear and straightforward. We went through the scope of work, my requirements and budget. I had some very basic drawings prepared to communicate my ideas. Along the way, Armando made suggestions to work with my requirements and budget. His pricing was reasonable and, most importantly, he completed the work within the budget we originally agreed upon. Anyone who has done a renovation before knows how easily costs can start creeping up once work begins. That was not my experience here. The scope and budget were established upfront and Armando stuck to them. And this was very important to me as I had no way of accommodating an increase in cost. The work was for a garage renovation, it included interior demo, replacement of an exterior window, addition of a new exterior door, vinyl wood flooring, drywall and installation of a new gypsum ceiling. Work progressed efficiently and to my expectations with no unnecessary delays. Communication throughout the project was excellent, and mostly Armando initiating the conversations to keep me updated. He was also very easy to work with on finishes and hardware. Some items I provided myself while others were sourced by him. Again, he made recommendations to work with my budget while not compromising on quality. Speaking of quality, the quality of the work was exceptional. It has now been over a year since the renovation was completed and everything still looks as good as the day it was finished. Absolutely zero complaints! His attention to detail was very much appreciated. He constantly made suggestions when he felt something could be improved. For example, he suggested a more random tile pattern for the vinyl floor instead of the more regular stagger I had proposed. We went with his suggestion and I am very pleased with it. Armando is knowledgeable, reliable and a pleasure to work with. Coming from someone who deals with contractors professionally all the time, I don't make that recommendation lightly. Definitely highly recommended and he will be my first call for future projects!
