Yet it is a beautiful looking operation from the outside and we continue to purchase their when the other yards don't have the products. Our other concern is that the team that works the property are not helpful and less congenial than ALL the other stone yards, and after this many years we have been to all of them. I guess you have to be a BIG customer for anyone to care. But why do I write this review now???? Well, for the second time in the last several weeks, we purchased a few pallets for $ 700+ dollars. We carefully picked up the product ourselves. As we continued installing a patio on a concrete base, we had a hard time finding good pieces of quality flagstone. OF course some cracked and smaller pieces are normal, but when over half the pallet is very damaged, it is very had to make a living with this ratio of bad stone and high prices. This was also the problem a few weeks ago. The other bad thing is that we have to pay our men to re stack it and then return it (that is time and money!) And of course there are signs everywhere, declaring no returns for partial pallets. This I think is fair, because everyone will bring back piles of broken stone. SO even with some returns accepted, it takes time..... BUT... the last but... I promise.... 700 dollars for a 50% waste???

The store closes at 3:00 pm, and at approximately 3:05 pm multiple staff members began pressuring us to leave in a way that felt abrupt and unprofessional. Despite explaining that we were actively deciding and midway through the warehouse, we were insisted upon to exit and were physically escorted to the door, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. There were other people in the store as well, which were not made to leave. On top of that, nearly all products were priced at the highest tier, which did not align with the level of service provided. This shop specializes in fabricating countertops, (primarily quartz and granite), so we thought that we would stop in to see what they had to offer. We were immediately greeted by Walter who was our escort for the visit. He did a great job of introducing us to the various products they have available. We were able to go into the workshop to see the slabs and even take photos. Unfortunately, photos never do justice to beautiful stones or other materials as the color is just not as vibrant. However, I did take a photo of the name and description of the slabs that I liked for future reference. Prices are located directly on the products but do not include cutting the openings or specific types of details for finishing the edges. We gave him a rough estimate of measurements and he will be sending an estimate via e-mail. If you need a kitchen sink, they sell them here as well. Don't get caught up on the floors as I did because they are very cool yet very distracting. They have various materials laid on the floor as samples and I actually found a travertine design that I really like. They just allowed me to wander around freely looking at materials which at one point led into an office. The worker was very gracious in allowing me to check out the floor and take a photo. I have found that people are really quite generous if I simply tell them that I am nosy and want to have a closer look at something. Of course that's true and it's hard to look at countertop materials without considering the floor because they all have to relate to one another for a cohesive look. If you are looking for professionalism and great customer service, look no further because Art Rock Creations delivers!

We purchased our countertops from Atlantis a number of years ago and our cooktop recently died so…read morewe had to get a new one. We attempted to replace it and upon removal of the old cooktop we discovered that the new cooktop wouldn't fit the hole cut by Atlantis's contractor as it was miscut. We found out that due to the miscut that the hole would fit very few of the cooktops on the market today. We contacted Atlantis to see if they would do anything about the miscut and spoke to Allison but she says she can't find any record of us in their system. We had a small issue two years ago and they were able to find us in their system then so what changed? We sent her multiple emails we have of the previous conversations between us about issues with the countertop but her only reply was "we don't have you in our system". Unfortunately we don't have a receipt of the purchase as it was destroyed in a flood but you would think that a reputable company would keep records like this. We attempted multiple times to talk to the owner of Atlantis but have had no luck as Allison won't provide us with contact info for the owner and if we call now she just hangs up on us. I'm not sure if the owner (Mike Harrison?) is aware of this issue or not or if he is aware and Allison is just the gate keeper. Either way, if you value customer service at all I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere for your countertops.

Subsequently with seeing even more install issues that are solely on Granite & Marble Solutions, they are completely unresponsive and keep kicking the can down the road. Very bad customer service. Pretty clear that they just hope I will go away. It's been very disappointing to have spent the money we did and have all the install issues which permanently impact the quality and look of the stone. I've waited a long time to post a review hoping they would come to the table.
