We have been in the masonry business for many years. We usually don't get our materials from Stone…read moreCenter because they are more expensive. This has always been the the biggest problem. Yet it is a beautiful looking operation from the outside and we continue to purchase their when the other yards don't have the products. Our other concern is that the team that works the property are not helpful and less congenial than ALL the other stone yards, and after this many years we have been to all of them. I guess you have to be a BIG customer for anyone to care. But why do I write this review now???? Well, for the second time in the last several weeks, we purchased a few pallets for $ 700+ dollars. We carefully picked up the product ourselves. As we continued installing a patio on a concrete base, we had a hard time finding good pieces of quality flagstone. OF course some cracked and smaller pieces are normal, but when over half the pallet is very damaged, it is very had to make a living with this ratio of bad stone and high prices. This was also the problem a few weeks ago. The other bad thing is that we have to pay our men to re stack it and then return it (that is time and money!) And of course there are signs everywhere, declaring no returns for partial pallets. This I think is fair, because everyone will bring back piles of broken stone. SO even with some returns accepted, it takes time..... BUT... the last but... I promise.... 700 dollars for a 50% waste???

Granted you might have to rent a trailer, which we did, since not everyone has a flat bed truck. Then again you might not want to put 4 ton of rock in your nice new flat bed so go ahead and rent that trailer anyway. While your are at it get a wheel barrow or a gorilla cart because that will save your back. The stone was for our new fire pit which turned out nicely. There are a few other projects around the back yard and this is definitely the place to come if you are thinking of anything landscaping wise. I want to start by saying that the sales staff, and Jessica in particular, were wonderful to work…read morewith. She was responsive, kind, and consistently took accountability for the many issues that arose. I genuinely feel for her, as she was often put in the difficult position of trying to coordinate between customers, fabricators, and installers while also managing her sales duties. Unfortunately, the structure of the company meant that all communication went through sales, which created delays of hours or even days in getting answers to basic scheduling questions. From there, the problems compounded. We were initially given the wrong installation date which then forced us to cancel and reschedule other contractors. When our countertops were fabricated, the cutout for the range was done incorrectly despite us following all of their instructions. The installers left before I was able to sign off of the install - I assume because it was obvious that the measurements were off - leaving us showing a home for sale with an off-centered range that created a fire hazard with burners located under cabinetry. Precision accepted responsibility for the error, but fixing it created weeks of further disruption, including multiple rounds of re-measuring because of unprofessional technicians, time off work for appointments to remeasure (twice) and remove the old countertops, and additional seams in the countertop that we did not want. Although the company did eventually make the corrections, the process was stressful, cost excessive time off work and potentially decreased the sale price of our home. Throughout this ordeal, I was never offered a discount, refund, or any tangible gesture to recognize the significant inconvenience caused. In the end, Jessica did everything within her power to help us, but the systemic issues at Precision - poor scheduling communication, lack of coordination between departments, and inconsistent professionalism among their technicians - mean that I cannot recommend them with confidence.
