Wanted to try something new and decided to give this a go. Glad I did as it's good to have a nice pho spot in Valdosta, super large portions and fresh off the grill. The CS4. Pho Stir Fry is rich in flavor and so good, the CS4. BBQ pork Udon smells a little funny but is awesome flavor and a great bite. This place is worth a try!

We've gotten to go orders a few times but today we decided to eat in the restaurant. The area is a good size and today (Sunday lunch) was pretty busy. We got the last table available. They have a nice tea bar to the side and lots of to go orders but it was still calm and inviting. We were greeted and brought drinks. We enjoyed the spring (shrimp) rolls for an appetizer. Hubby and our oldest son both got the oxtail Pho. It came out boiling (I mean boiling) hot in a metal/stone bowl. It was delicious. I tried the HUE'S STYLE NOODLE SOUP BÚN BÒ HUÊ it has a unique flavor of shrimp paste, lemongrass & chilli spices flavor. It's come with sliced beef brisket, pork loin, pork paste, ham hock. It was not spicy but a perfect mix of flavors. We will be back!

Sorry meat is gone but if could eat the bone I would delicious meats and soup

Wow wow wow That stone bowl was super hot and the ribs and the other meats delicious. Spring rolls and egg rolls super tasty and fresh. Service is top notch and restaurant is clean and very awesome atmosphere. Will be back for that soups

Look at the pictures. I get calamari every where I can. This "calamari" was much too chewy. Honestly, not sure what it was. My vegetable fried rice was without flavor. I much prefer what you get at a Chinese restaurant. The food was not brought out together but spread out. My granddaughter did not care for her soup. I've been but not coming back.

Absolutely love the service and the pho was a delight! The man taking my order was patient and more than willing to help me find the best options for my diet. The ambiance was very calm and light, indoor and outdoor seating. Awesome experience! I'll definitely be stopping by the next time I'm in Valdosta, GA!

This is the first Pho restaurant in Valdosta that I know of. My families here but I have for all the time where I live in New York City so when I saw that this would be opening up while I was here I had to try it I was there doing the short grand opening the place was very nice they also have a drink shop for bubble tea and other drinks. This would actually be my second time going to it this time I went with some friends they place the food was pretty good everything was very fresh. I love spicy so that's why I got the bun Bo hue. Very good especially after I added more spicy and some good hoisin to sweeten I really love the sweet and spicy flavor. Our server was very friendly everyone was very kind very attentive and fast. I would definitely suggest going here I've already been two times and I'll definitely go back again anytime I'm in town.

Coming from Atlanta, where you see Pho places every corner, I must say that this restaurant makes me feel like I am back in Atlanta. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to try the Vietnamese cuisine. The staff is very friendly, and it seems to be a family establishment. They even give you bottles of water rather than tap water.

This place was so delicious! We were seated quickly and greeted by our waiter. We ordered the Taro Ice Blended Milk Tea and I got the Tropical Milk Tea and both tasted amazing! We got the spring rolls for appetizer and they were delicious as well! We decided to go with the Udon Noodle Soup with pork and crab and the rare steak pho. Both were absolutely delicious! Everything had flavor and tasted so authentic! Everyone was kind and attentive! I definitely recommend coming here if you want some delicious pho!

very friendly service. the reataurant of smiles! great atmosphere. Thai Milk Tea is a MUST try

We have been there twice now. The first time I had the Pho soup it was absolutely amazing. The second time I had the Udon soup, so so good. My friend Frank is pictured with the Pho soup that has the beef bone in it and the flat noodles and things, so many ingredients as well as the thinly sliced beef brisket. My daughter had the glass noodle stir fry and it was very good as well. This restaurant never disappoints, the servers are always so friendly and the food is so so good.

I did return to give them $47+ of MY money and a $5 tip to their counter help. See the new attached graphic of their immature & ungrateful response. Therefore, I'm definitely done with this business! The response that I finally received yesterday to a review left almost TWO months ago lacked accountability, appreciation, maturity & tact. They don't care about their customer experience. Notice they didn't rebuke anything written in the first review. But you took MY money?! So, thank you Pho Me for proving yourself to me & others just how NASTY & RUDE you truly are! 2.12.26 - 7.24pm - It is disheartening that I've finally chosen to leave this type of review for this place after TWO YEARS of being a customer! However, tonight's interaction with the lady who answered the phone was enough for me to finally decide that they would no longer get my money. The 4 foot tall sister of the duo who owns this place is ALWAYS nasty, rude, agitated, snarky, impatient and a host of other adjectives. And if her daughter is there she really has bad interactions with customers. She acts like she hates being at the restaurant; I'm not understanding why she is consistently put at the front of the house when they know that she's bad for business! She answered the phone to take my order. I wanted the traditional bo hue. Normally, (even when she has answered in the past) I have to specify which protein to put in a traditional bo hue. I know Vietnamese cuisine enough to know about what is traditional or not. So because my traditional bo hue has been mistakenly made with rare beef or flank in the past I asked (like I normally do) whether rib meat would be in it. She nastily said, "I don't know the type of meat tonight but if you asked for traditional, then rib meat will be in it." Huh ?! Now, I could have simply said ok. Rather what immediately threw me was her sarcastic tone and saying that she didn't know what type tonight but.... What?! Also, I live too far away for me to go home with the wrong soup; although it has happened in the past. So she just proved herself to be nasty and a liar; she also proved herself to be lazy. Why can't you put me on hold and check what is available tonight? Again, some days and hours they will accept an order for traditional and still not have or not include the rib meat. They are known to be inconsistent with ingredients on occasion. So, I just wanted to be sure. There have been times where this same 4 foot tall sister of the duo will say that it was the person who answered the phone as the reason my order was made wrong. I let her know that her behavior was extreme tonight. She said, "I'm sorry"; yet continued the same off-putting behavior and tone. So, now she has proven herself condescending, as well. She asked, "do you want to give me your name." I responded with, "well if that's what's needed for me to get my order." She started saying "well if you want to get your order....." I cut her off by reminding her that her customer service was off-putting. There are times when they don't ask for names on call-in orders. I let her take my order and name. And honestly I started towards that place to get the order. However, I reminded myself that my dollar and reviews across all platforms are mighty. I did not show up and I hope that she spent time watching that bowl of bo hue with high hopes that she would talk that way to me and still get my money. I have had extensive conversations with both sisters and the shorter, younger one is always RUDE, NASTY, SARCASTIC, AND IMPATIENT. And always complaining about something or somebody! My value as a 2 year customer just went bust tonight. Do yourself a favor by choosing one of these other places (listed below) with traditional Vietnamese soups and way better attitudes; avoid Pho Me unless you want a similar experience to mine. - Thành Tâm Sandwhiches and Treats - Pho 7 - Midtown Noodles - Ur Bowl

Visiting Tallahassee, much enjoyed this buffet-style restaurant with traditional Chinese hot-pot…read more They bring you a bowl of soup broth, which boils at your table, while pick up the meats and vegetables from the buffet and dip them in your soup bowl to cook. The buffet has a huge variety of foods to sample and boil for your dinner: including thinly sliced meats, preparations of tofu, noodles and dumplings, fish chunks, vegetables, exotic mushrooms and seaweeds. And a large assortment of marine invertebrates. There are seven different soup broths -- from simple miso-styles to Thai lemongrass styles. And a variety of dipping seasonings. We had a blast, trying different foods and flavors. This restaurant also has Korean cuisine: kimchi, dang myeon starch noodles, tteok rice logs for your soup, miyeok seaweed, seasoned meat slices. They have grills for doing Korean Galbi in-table grilled cuisine also. Note the name has changed: it is Lao Jia Hot Pot. Same place, same phone number, new name. Note also: I think you can't get traditionally-served prepared dishes. This restaurant has Hot Pot or Galbi, you get your ingredients from the buffet and cook your food at your table.

Although no one was at the front when I first arrived, the owner quickly came out, seated me, and checked in throughout my meal to make sure everything was going well. His hospitality set a great tone for the visit. My server, Romeo, was outstanding--friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain how hot pot works, helped set up my table, and offered excellent broth and food recommendations. The broth temperature was perfect, and everything cooked just right. The restaurant itself felt a bit dated, but the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Even though it was quiet and I was dining alone, the attentive service and conversation made the experience enjoyable. While the location is somewhat hidden in a storefront area, this spot has strong potential and could be a big hit in a college town like Tallahassee with FSU, TCC, and FAMU nearby. Overall, it was well worth the visit, and I would definitely recommend Volcano Hot Pot.
