If you want your project done right, go to Stone Masters! Stone Masters recently replaced the vanities in all three of our bathrooms and we couldn't be happier with the results. From our first visit to the showroom, we knew we had found the right place. Pam gave us lots of information about the different cabinets they offer, and helped guide us through the decision-making process to pick the perfect cabinetry for all three bathrooms. She was always available to answer our numerous questions. Nicole was able to show us many beautiful stone remnants that worked well with our cabinet and paint colors, and was so patient with us during the selection process. We were thrilled when Stone Masters told us that they could handle the entire installation. We had assumed we would need to locate our own plumbers, cabinet removers, and installers and were so pleased to find out that Stone Masters could handle everything for us. The whole process was seamless, from start to finish. Jon was fantastic at coordinating the scheduling of the cabinet removal, plumbing, and cabinet and stone installation. He even took care of ordering new mirrors for each bathroom. Fedo and Trey carefully removed our old vanities, and Fedo did an amazing job with the new cabinet installation, and trim and finishing work. His attention to detail was so impressive! Joe was able to correct an unusual plumbing problem for us, so our new vanities are much more functional than the old ones. We were so impressed with the precision of the templating process; Brandon made sure that the countertops would be a perfect fit for our new cabinetry. We were glad that Stone Masters offers the option of a digital layout. Matt was an expert at showing us exactly how the stone would look when cut. The installers arrived promptly and worked so carefully and efficiently. Alfredo, Jesus, and Alejandro are perfectionists--the completed countertops look absolutely beautiful. Everyone we dealt with at Stone Masters was professional, friendly, and courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied; they were so considerate of us, our home and our time. When I decided to replace my countertops I went online and read reviews of all stone companies in my area. The reviews for Stone Masters convinced me to check out their location. I was met by Nicole who listened to my needs and showed me various Quarts samples, without any pressure or upselling, which I appreciated. Next, Joe and Trae very efficiently removed the old countertop, and cleaned up very nicely when they were done. Brandon came the same day to do the digital template. Brandon worked with me on what would look best in my kitchen and gave me good tips, one of which convinced me to also have the back splash replaced. Fedo and Matt efficiently removed the old back splash and prepared the wall for the new tile, again cleaning up before they left. Next, came the exciting day of installation by Tim and Zach. The countertops fit like a glove, and Tim and Zach joined me in my pleasure of seeing how nice the countertops look. Joe, a great plumber, reconnected the plumbing, making sure of no leaks, and educating me on how to keep my new faucet clean. Much appreciated. Bubba and Trae quickly and efficiently installed my new tile backsplash and educated me on how to apply the tile sealer, again very much appreciated. This was my first time working with Stone Master's. I purchased stone for countertops as part of a fairly small kitchen upgrade project. I worked with Karlene at the office. She is extremely friendly and attentive. She showed me all of the options for my given budget. I ended up going with granite - took advantage of the $1,499 for 40 square feet promotion. She clearly explained all details and steps of the process. She allowed me to consider my options and make decisions - she never pressured me. The templator was Brandon. He came right at the beginning of the appointment window. He worked very thoroughly, but efficiently, and explained everything to me before he left. The install date was 11 days after templating. The installers were Zach and Alejandro. They were a little late for the appointment, but they were fully transparent about why (situation out of their control at the previous job site) and kept me updated all morning via phone. Upon arrival, they worked fast and cleaned up the entire area before leaving. They did a great job. I was blown away by how nice the countertops looked! Overall, the people at Stone Master's were a pleasure to work with. They made the process very easy and the end-product is beautiful. I've included before and after photos. We used Stone Masters for our countertops because they were our cabinet maker's preferred installer. We were able to look at numerous samples at the cabinet maker's office as well as at Stone Masters. The staff was extremely helpful and provided a lot of reassurance to my wife who was unfamiliar with the process. The office staff was courteous during phone conversation and always followed up each phone call with an email. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and provided additional information when he came to measure for the quartz countertops that we had chosen. He explained every step of the measurement process which included computers and lasers. He also provided experienced opinions on the different finish options that were available including the corners, edges, and sink. Finally, the crew of Ryan, Eric, and Zach called 45 minutes prior to arrival and arrived within in the predetermined installation window. All 3 installers were courteous and polite. They worked quietly and confidently. They explained each step of the process and took the took the extra time to measure out the different faucet and soap dispenser options so my wife could make her final decision. They left the work area immaculate and provided useful information about the care and maintenance associated with the product we had chosen. read more

Love my new countertops from StoneMasters. Everyone that works there was very helpful and informative. They know stone! It can be an overwhelming process if you have never had to pick out countertops. They were very patient and explained the pros and cons of the various counter top options such as quartz, marble, granite soapstone etc...... I ultimately picked a mid level granite that matched my kitchen and budget perfectly. They walked me through the whole process , explaining and helping make the process as easy as possible. Brandon came out to our home and did the template. He was very professional and very attentive to the layout process! Next, Matt helped us with the layout on the computer allowing us to decide which part of the granite would look best on each section of our extensive counters! Not every stone place offers this feature! Again a very professional and helpful guy. Both Brandon and Matt listened to our ideas and implemented them flawlessly. On installation day we had a crew of 3 guys come out and do the install. They were awesome. They worked effortlessly together and did amazing job. From start to finish My husband and I had a great experience with Stone Masters. We weren't sure what material we wanted to use and Ashley was able to explain the difference between granite, quartz, soapstone, and quartzite in a way that was easy for us to understand. Brandon came to our home and made a template and answered all of our questions and made some fine recommendations. It was determined at template that my cabinets were not level. Brandon made a call to the office and I was provided a reasonable estimate for Stone Masters to come out and make my cabinets flat and level. I was able to have that service scheduled right away as not to possibly delay my installation date. Installers, Tim, Zach, and Fedo arrived as expected and they even called about a half hour before to let me know they were on their way. My project was complete in just a few hours and my family and friends are blown away by the transformation. I also had Stone Masters hook up my sink and faucet. They had their plumber, Joe, come the same day as as the install and they coordinated everything. Thank you Stone Masters for making my project as stress free as possible. We are very happy with our total experience with Stone Masters. We built a bar in our finished basement. We not only got our counter tops from them but ordered the cabinetry as well. We did have a few glitches with the cabinet company, but these things happen.We have built several homes and realize that "things happen". Stone Masters was on top of it and very helpful in completing our project. We worked with Ashley for the design and she was extremely helpful and efficient. We are very happy with our selection of counter tops for the bar and we even got a free remnant for our bathroom, which we love. Our installers were Cristobal, Eric, Christian and Trae. They came out and installed the tops that were available while we waited for pieces to come in, so that we could use the bar during the wait. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We just had our countertops installed and they are beautiful! Stone Masters had an abundance of soapstone slabs to pick from unlike the other 3 places we visited. Chelsea helped us decide on a slab big enough for our project. Sarah did our scheduling and was very accommodating when we had to change the install date because our cabinet installer was a few days behind. Brandon and Alan did the templating, which came out perfectly! Matt sat with us to layout the slab. Alan and Zack installed all the pieces! Hard work but they did an excellent job! Working with Stone Masters was a pleasure beginning to end. They are the nicest people who actually listen and explain and help. We didn't find that level of communication at the other 3 places we went to before trying Stone Masters. And to top it off they were $800 cheaper than their competitors! I felt that the entire process was very professional and "more than" competitively priced. I was given homework to do to help ensure my end allowed them to perform their end. Appreciated. I met with my sales representative, slab designer, the actual cutters, measuring staff and finally the installers. All helpful and well versed. When the craftsman educated me on the stone itself and encouraged me to wipe down the sweat from the Granite as it took on room temperature, I learn where the mica and garnet were naturally placed to end up on my four countertops...well, that was enough for me. NO pressure to spend more. Very business oriented and helpful, everyone. Even the showroom dog made you feel at home. I have already let my network know who they are and that I shopped in advance only to accidentally find them. Stone Masters was our first and only stop in shopping for our kitchen countertops and backsplash. There was a bit of initial uneasiness and impatience due to our total cluelessness in the entire process. But once we researched, considered our options, and made our final decisions, the entire process was very smooth and went exactly as it had been explained to us. We quickly learned that granite countertops are an art form, and we were impressed at the high level of craftsmanship each of the workers possessed. We dealt with at least ten different workers, including Jon, Trae, Bubba, Fedo, Joe, Alejandro, Alfredo, Jesus, Brandon, and Ashley. All were friendly, respectful, and highly competent, as well as proud of their accomplishments. We had new cabinets installed few months ago. We went to Stone Masters and with very patient Karlene we choose beautiful piece of quartzite. Very expensive but beautiful. Brandon was very nice when he came over for templating, and few weeks later we wen to the shop for digital slab layout with Matt. Mat was very helpful and dis his best to match pieces to resemble continuation of vanes. Great job Matt. And yesterday Shannon and Christian came over with the cut pieces and started to work. They were super, super professional and super accommodating. This was complicated installation due to a large size of our cabinets and included plumbing hook up with the dishwasher, garbage disposal etc. Shannon was the plumber and did outstanding work. Everyone I dealt with at Stone Masters was, without exception, unfailingly courteous, professional and patient. Even when I first walked in that first time without an appointment, Ann Marie guided me through the steps necessary to replace our kitchen countertops and sink. Karlene spent a great deal of time explaining the granite choices and always followed up with appropriate emails and pricing. Timetables and procedures were explained and there were no delays in the process. Brandon and Trey did an excellent job with removal and measuring; Matt was helpful with template layout; Eric and John (not sure if that name is correct) did a masterful job of installing countertops, sink, faucet and disposal. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional, extremely knowledgable, very patient but down to earth. Everything was explained to me in graphic detail. We just had a new countertop installed in our powder room. It involved removing the old top, measuring for proper fit of a new granite top, and the installation. We decided on using a remnant to keep costs down. We were ably assisted by Karlene Lafferty in our selection process, and she set the wheels in motion for our new countertop. Both the removal of the old top, and the installation of the new were handled professionally by the people involved. We were kept informed of when the work was to be completed, both by phone and email, by Karlene. The work was professional and the work area was left clean. We recently renovated our master bathroom and only needed a partial slab of granite for the vanity counter and a seat in the shower. We found a beautiful piece at Stone Masters. They patiently held the piece for several months until we were ready. We especially liked their digital templating process. They take a picture of the granite, and using the measurements they had taken for the templates, we were able to sit with Brandon at his computer and select the areas on the stone we wanted for each piece. Very good experience from start to finish. They helped us plan and design a new kitchen island/table. New granite was installed on the island and over the existing cabinets. Everything went as scheduled. The island cabinets came on a Monday and their carpenters installed and built the table on the next day. Our new granite was installed within a week.
