We hired Colonia Marble & Granite to replace a piece of granite in our kitchen as they had…read moreinstalled the original kitchen. They sent someone to template the size of the piece of granite we would need. He did not correctly measure the space, so the piece was cut too small. In addition, he put in that it was a half inch bevel as opposed to a quarter inch bevel. We reached out to the company, as we assumed that mistakes like this should be covered by their warranty. However, although they themselves measured the size of the piece of granite they told us that they were not responsible to correct this mistake as I signed off on the measurement. I am, unfortunately, not an expert in measuring granite and trusted that their staff would measure it correctly. I am extremely disappointed that this company was unable to replace a small piece of granite in our kitchen and was unwilling to work with us to resolve this issue.
