Call Pacific Kitchen and Home and they said the refrigerator was damaged when put on the delivery truck. Call the salesperson who said he could do nothing about it. He said we were supposed to get a confirmation call the night before as well. Scheduled for next week. Today is the day before the delivery.No confirmation call. I call Best Buy late afternoon to speak to an appliance salesperson, explain what happened last week and ask for Pacific Kitchen and Bath's number because I haven't receive a confirmation call. She said she couldn't give it out (I wonder why). She said she could nothing about it. I ask for the store manager got put on hold for 10 minutes and hang up. They disconnected our old fridge and then said they couldn't install our new fridge. They left our old fridge disconnected in the middle of our kitchen, and then before leaving they insulted my mother and then left. The name of the sales associate was Joshua Frith, the delivery men refused to give their names. They charged us to haul away our old fridge, which obviously they didn't do. I had to move our old fridge back in place from where it was left in the middle of the kitchen by myself. I expected better when buying appliances from a company like Best Buy.
