Nom-fest.
Three courses, €20. Pate and melba toast for starter, GIGANTIC steak cooked to perfection for main, and perfectly sweeeeet profiteroles for desert. The food genuinely can not be faulted, with the price being a major added bonus. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing overly-fancy about the food here, it's generally meat and two veg type stuff, but boy, do they do it well.
The real clincher for this place is the venue. It's a gorgeous cosy place, with lots of big old stone walls creating separated areas, giving a real vibe of privacy for your group. They've also got some great low lighting which complements the atmos greatly.
The staff here are super-friendly as well. Maybe not quite as polished and professional as some would like, but honestly, I enjoyed the laid-back vibe in the place, and the staff to accompany it.
Definitely recommend the meal deal. Like I said; Nom. Fest. read more
