The quote was very reasonable and they were extermely responsive to whatever needs I had. I did purchase a bad sink and they alerted me to that fact and they allowed me time to purchase a new one. Luke and his team do excellent work - they really know their craft. They also stand behind their product and will make sure you are happy. There was an unusual issue with the quartzite countertops that they installed (strange staining or etching) and after several unsuccessful attempts to fix it, they replaced them with new countertops. Even though it seemed to be an issue with the stone from the supplier, and not anything related to their fabrication or installation, they stuck with us until it was resolved.
